locality and quality
- several rooms proposed before official checking time - patio for breakfast very nice
- room on road side - very busy - to noisy for me -air conditioning also noisy (but I am very sensitive to noise) it may be ok for other
Location was great
Room cost was expensive for what the room offers, even i was upgraded The toilet was an issue, blocked several times. Staff not very engage with the guest Greeting at the hotel was average, no much information about the hotel
Bad accoustic among other rooms.
The hotel offers everything that a three star hotel should offer, with great care and attention.,We can not complain about the service, carefull and respectful,
Their prices are disproportionate, such as hotels charge for 4/5 stars, for a 3 star services and instalations. The location, next to the cemetery, and not more welcoming.
The hotel itself is very nice, especially the garden room and the location is perfect. I was not there long enough to use the gym/pool. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
I spent 5 days in Argentina, staying at 4 hotels, and your hotel was the only one that did not have consistent internet free of charge.
I like the dining room in the terraza with plants. The food is good. The location.
The room is not good The enough for a five stars.
As on our previous stays, the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and our room was not only attractive and comfortable but all the appliances and facilities worked flawlessly. Combined with its exceptional location, this hotel is an excellent choice for staying in Buenos Aires.
Location and breakfast
Sounds at night. I didn't get a late check out.
The service, especially at breakfast.
Location is great! The property is quiet and safe with accessability to Recolleta Cemetery and great local restaurants. The best thing about the hotel is the staff...all friendly and very helpful. More smiles than any other hotel in Buenos Aires!
The staff are absolutely the best in Buenos Aires...always friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable in a great location.
The staff is the best in Buenos Aires. Always friendly and helpful. The property is in an excellent location and very well maintained. I will be happy to stay again.
Good location, a lot of Restaurants and a shopping mall near by.
Poor Breakfast, AC very noisy.
Executive suite was good: bedroom separated from small living room area by a sliding door, bathtub, small in-built kitchenette Everything very clean Pleasant breakfast area and nice breakfast
Nothing at all
The hotel's staff is first class and the size of the rooms.
The internet in the room allows only one equipment to be connected. For two persons with two iPads or laptops this is a serious limitation, and the internet service in the rooms is not free.
Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants. Staff were really helpful in printing off boarding passes for us. Rally good selection of food at breakfast served in the lovely airy indoor garden.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy and we couldn't work out how to make the fan go really slowly.
The staff located at the front counter were friendly. Some of the people in charge to open the door at the main entrance seemed aloof.
Staff systematically referred to me as 'Fernandez' but my last name is 'Fernandez-Pol.' I did not like that a tiny bit. I did not authorize them to abbreviate my family name.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and knowledgeable offering great recommendations on everything from food to must-see venues. The fact that there was always someone that spoke English was an added bonus. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious!
Great location and wonderful hotel that is like a Hilton.
