Location., helpful staff, decent rooms and an actual breakfast. Unlike most of the hotels we stayed at in Argentina, Loi Suites Recoleta had a really decent breakfast with some genuine protien sources instead of the usual cafe, media lunas, and cereal. Very good breakfast indeed.

Location and price They forgot to clean the room one day. They did not leave soap twice. At 11 pm I requested ice and they did not have it.

Loi Suites Recoleta is a refreshing relaxing place to return after a busy and maybe tiring day. We would certainly recommend and come back again I cannot think of anything.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel itself smart and room size good. Only downside was wi fi quite expensive in room though free in lobby. A fun place .

Location Location very good, clean and great breakfast. However, female staff at the front desk are not friendly at all. All of them should have a trainning in client service. They look down at people and seem they hate their job... I asked for a map and she seemed bothered by the request , they are not kind, it looks like the clients bother them and they are bored by their job. These kind of person should never work with people. I also contacted the hotel by phone in advance to check the resevation was ok and had to call 15 times before somebody answer my question., Everybody seem like they are making a favor to you, not a service.

Staff were great, breakfasts first rate, room very nive but lacked tea and coffee making facilties and in-room inernet was not free but when questioned staff gave it to me free.

The hotel was well located - clean - smart - comfortable Staff tended to be stiff - could have been friendlier no kettle or crockery in the the room yet called a suite hotel

Excellent service and tourist information from the front desk staff, especially Marina. As this was my first time in Buenos Aires, her advice made a big difference to planning restaurants, sight skiing, and understanding the city. Comfortable, clean, good location, but somewhat dated considering the price. Has a 80's American feel, despite looking "designer" on the website.

The location is perfect and very safe. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very good for the money. The only small complaint I have is that there is no english news channel on TV like CNN.

Location is fantastic and staff are very nice. I asked for a shuttle, they sent me e-mail confirming the shuttle and there was nobody at the airport. When I decided to call the hotel, they hired some company and I saw the guy writing down my name in a paper so I could call him. When we left the hotel, I asked again for a shuttle to the airport at 3 o' clock in the afternoon. I arrived from lunch at 3:15 and they forgot to ask for a shuttle...So I recommend not to ask nor wait for shuttles and bring a cab.

Central - excellent to have kitchenette Relative value of different room categories - "junior suite" cramped, dismal outlook - not good value for money; whereas "executive suite" excellent value for money - looking out onto trees, excellent bathroom, much more spacious I would not stay there again if I hadn't up-graded to "executive Suite"
