The hotel staff and the hotel is lovely. Rooms are basic but they one of the cleanest we have stayed in during our travels. The hotel is a long walk from the bus station and the centre of town. Breakfast is very average, consisting of average coffee, watered down orange juice and a basket of cold toast.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious They were very reluctant to take our Visa card, they really wanted cash. We had to insist (I had the reservation in hand that said they took Visa). Eventually they agreed. Would have cost us several dollars more to get the cash from an atm.

La palabra"regular" en "ubicación" radica en lo retirado que se encuentra del centro,más de dos kms. sin medios de transporte urbano,lo que encarece los traslados,si bien los servicios de remises son eficientes. La hostería es altamente recomendable,haciendo la salvedad de su ubicación.

Tès grande amabilité, gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, salle de bain bien équipée. Bon petit-déjeuner, très belle vue sur le lac des glaciers depuis la salle. Hôtel très calme.

Zimmer sauber und funktionsfähig, Internet ok, freundliches Personal Personal ist zwar sehr freundlich, jedoch wenig hilfreich hinsichtlich touristischer Informationen, kein Stadtplan vorhanden. Außer Spanisch wird keine andere Sprache verstanden. Zimmer sehr schlicht, aber funktionsfähig. Zimmertür lässt viel Lärm vom Flur durch. Das Frühstück besteht aus 2 Medialunas, vorgetoastem Brot, 1 Päckchen Butter, Kaffee (kann nachgeordert werden), 1 Glas süßem Orangennektar und Marmelade. Das Haus liegt ca. 2 km vom Stadtzentrum, Touristenbüros und Versorgungseinrichtungen entfernt. Langer Anmarschweg! Für den Preis wird nicht genug Leistung geboten. Achtung: Zu dem bei booking.com angegebenen Preis immer noch 21 % argentinische Mehrwertsteuer hinzurechnen!
