Location is close to the centre. It's clean.
It is very noisy, all kind of noise from street, people dragging their luggages in the stairs and even your neighbours flushing the toilette, you can hear all.... Not all rooms have lift access....
Location is very nice, right on the main street, you can walk pretty much anywhere in downtown. Clean, comfortable rooms.
No parking, need to park on the street which could be busy sometimes. If your room facing the street it could be noisy. Hotel somehow managed to charge me twice for a stay. Nice thing is that they notified me about it in email but I'm still going through resolving this issue.
The location and views were great. The rooms were private and comfortable. The internet was fast and easy to use. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and really made big efforts to make my stay as wonderful and rewarding as possible.
That they were full and I couldn't extend my stay.
When we arrived the concierge claimed that we still had to pay, which we did when booking. I needed to pull out the booking.com Voucher, translate it to Spanish and email it to the reception, it was not enough to show it. Then he wanted to sell us his friend's beagle channel tour. And the wake-up call at 7:30a.M. for the taxi we didn't order didn't help either. Very loud from the busy street. Would definitely not book this hotel again.
Convenience to restaurants and shopping Excellent staff Good Wifi
VERY NOISY Cramped bathroom Tub had no plug No ice available without going through a hassle Beds not comfortable Worse 10 dollar breakfast ever
I hate the bathroom.
Very comfortable clean.
street noise from traffic
The hotel was cosy but with all the mod cons, warm, clean and the location was excellent. The standard of cleanliness was very high and the breakfast was very good. The best thing by far was the very warm welcome from the reception staff, Melina in particular was delightful and very friendly. She made my stay very lovely, although I was travelling alone in Ushuaia I always felt safe, secure and very much at home at Los Naranjos. All staff were friendly and that made the difference. The location is also very handy, being on the main high street and only 20 minute walk to the Port for all the excursions. All in all a great stay and if I come back to Ushuaia I will definitely be booking in!
There were no negatives for me, the only slight improvement would be to offer some room service as sometimes when the restaurants and cafes are closed it would have been ideal to be able to order a sandwich or hot drink to have in my room. Perhaps a coffee/tea point would be great in the lounge area so guests could enjoy a hot drink throughout the day especially in the cold months!
staff, location, confortable bed ,small but nicely decorated room
the room has not enough shelves ,draw and place to hang the clothes. Poor breakfast.
To much outside noise. Wouldn't get match previous night stay.
The Internet connection, should be better, at room.
Noisy and cold room. We asked for a late checkout, but the hotel didn't give us any more minute. You should avoid this hotel.
the breakfast was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice view and it is in the middle of everything, very conveniant location.
wifi was not the best. the computer at the front desk which was for guests to use could not get internet and the staff was unable to do anything about it. the rooms are cute and clean but a little small.
To much noise.
The view of the bay was great, the staff very helpful and friendly, the location was great - close to the harbor, grocery store, museums...
The wifi in the room was dismal to nonexistent. There are a couple of computers downstairs and we discovered as we were leaving that probably in the hall there was better coverage. The room we had, 201, was roght next to the elevator. It was kind of noisy and made the floor shake a little evytme it was used, which was constantly; ut actually we just got off a cruise ship so it was a nice transition back to land-legs.
A clean hotel with a beautiful view of Beagle Channel
Staff were wonderful. We travel a lotband the reception staff were among the best ever. They provided good local information The hotel is in a good location as many in Ushuaia are well out of town. It is a modern stylish building
Not much that we didn't like at all
Comfortable bed, good shower, good location
Great staff - a little bit inexperienced, but ok. Very comfortable room, heating was great. Breakfast in argentinian standards. Clean room!
Slow wifi internet
Everything: Huge room with a bathtub, lovely view, working heaters. Attentive staff, were always nice and helpful! Good breakfast. Location was good. Huge supermarket is just around the corner.
Loved the surprise Jacuzzi in the bathroom, the internet, the location and the help
Didn't much care for the "breakfast" or for the walk down to my room, not the fact that it was a floor down but rather the metal stairs leading down as they were inconvenient and also noisy
Close to everything just a short walk. Breakfast good and staff were very helpfull
Very central, and reasonably priced.
I was disappointed with the room. I visited a day earlier an arranged a room with a view over the Beagle Channel. When I checked in, I was re assigned a dingy low level room with no view.
