Los Naranjos    

Position in the town is good and view of the Beagle Channel is beautiful.

Room are extremely small, bathroom very small, no space for luggage and no soundproof. Seems to sleep directly on the street.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Free access to internet via two computers.

Noisy neighbourhood.

Location in town with easy access to just about everything in Ushuaia.

Noise from traffic was terrible especially the motorcycles on the road below the hotel. The rooms were very warm but if you opened the windows, it was too noisy to sleep.

This hotel is in a good location for walking around the town of Ushuaia. It has an ok breakfast, free wifi, and clean rooms. We had a wonderful time going out of town to some spectacular natural hikes. The staff speaks good English and tries to be helpful.

Most of the rooms have a lot of traffic noise. You can't request any specific room, but have to take what they have when you check in. The rooms are small. The housekeeper kept moving our stuff around, but did a good job of cleaning. The manager seems to be permanently off-site.

We were pleased when we were able to reserve a room with three beds on the sixth floor overlooking the bay, but were surprised when we found that the "sixth floor" was lower than the ground level main entrance. When originally built, the hotel had five floors above the entrance level, but a later addition resulted in 11 new rooms being wedged together at the back of the hotel and on a downhill slope. Our room was sufficiently spacious and the hotel food and services were satisfactory, but motor vehicles passed by our street level room day and night.

Noise from the street

very cozy, clean, in the city which helped a lot to out for dinner.

A little bit nosy and shower was not very good.

Staff were friendly and accomodating. Location was nice for access to the city restaurants, museums, and shops. I think paying a bit more for a nicer hotel is worth the money.

Rooms were hot and loud. We were put in a room right off the street with traffice noise. Wifi weak - you had to sit in the community area for connection. Typical south american breakfast of sweets with fruit and ham and cheese slices, not great for americans.

Stylish, comfortable

In room 603, no crockery, cutlery, cooking implements in kitchen; no milk, tea or coffee in room.

service was good and the rooms and bathroom well kept.

The noise of the traffic was the only issue, being able to hear it all the time, sometimes difficult to sleep.

The shuttle service went out of there way to get us to the airport under extreme conditions. Staff was friendly and always helped us by heating up warm milk for our baby.

Location very convenient

Room on San Martin and very noisy till early morning. Would have preferred a back room.

Warm and cheerful hotel with friendly and helpful Staff. Cosy and well appointed bedroom. Loved the "little extra touches" of the hotel name embroidered on the towels and bed linen. We had to move to another hotel because we were pre booked on a tour which had included the second hotel ( Albatross) as part of the cost. It was more expensive and far inferior in every way. Would go back to the Los Naranjas anytime !

Breakfast was the cold continental style. We would have liked a boiled /fried egg to go with the toast !

Hotel is very noisy - noises from inside the building and from the street.

Location on one of Ushuaia's two main streets was a plus. The hotel receptionist was very efficient and helpful.

We were told that it was forbidden to bring any food or drink into the hotel except water! We had to leave our electronic card key behind every time we went out to be sure that the cleaner could get in! For 9 hours on a Saturday there was no water....at all. Nothing for nearly a whole day. When there was water it was a best yellow, at worst a muddy brown. It smelled bad too.

Very pleasant hotel.

The room was far to hot and the restaurant provided the worst dinner I have ever had the misfortune to taste. We had to send it back and went to bed without dinner (the pasta was UNCOOKED and the sauce - supposedly tomato - had uncooked tomato and a very strong, uncooked garlic taste). Truly AWFUL.

La ubicación

Tramposos por cobrar apenas entras la estadía .Negar desayuno x reservar con Booking. No devolver el pago ante mi reclamo y despojo. Finalmente accedieron dar el desayuno. Vergonzoso, en el baño no se podía entrar del olor a cloaca, como si fuera poco tampoco tenía salida de olores, si dejábamos la puerta cerrada no podíamos entrar al mismo, si dejábamos abierta no se podía estar el la habitación.

los lugares y las excursiones.

Que contrate con booking por el precio de 2017$ y al llegar el precio fue de 2057$, me parecio una falta grave que se cambie el precio .Me dijeron que era por la fluctuacion del dolar , pero yo contrate en pesos no en dolares.no se quien es rwesponsable pero para mi fue una alerta sobre la confianza y seriedad de booking, yo confirme la reserva por TE antes con el hotel y nadie me hablo de que era en dolares, booking tampoco , a menos que sea en la desagradable "letra chica"

muy lindo, calido y comodo en el centro de la ciudad.

A localição excelente, na principal rua de Ushuaia, e com vista para o Canal Beagle; o hotel tem contato com agência que faz as tours, o que facilita bastante para "bookar", outras informações o staff tb proporciona de bom grado; Os quartos são bastante confortáveis e com boa calefação, o que é excencial em Ushuaia.

- A internet wifi é devagar quase parando, muito ruim mesmo. Pelo menos é gratuita, mas pela qualidade nem poderiam cobrar mesmo; - Check out 10 am pra quem tem vôo de tardinha é pra matar; - Não tem restaurante nem frigobar. Só para o café da manhã, mas almoço e janta não tem (não estou falando gratuito que isso é óbvio, e sim q não tem nem pagando mesmo)

El ruido de la calle costera , los autos corren por la noche como si fuera una pista .

Todo en general desde el 3 piso al canal de bilg la plaza Malvinas ,la costanera . sinceramente todo lo recomiendo espero volver lo mas pronto posible

Comodidad de las camas, limpieza y un desayuno más que decente. La atención de los recepcionistas del hotel excepcional. Ubicado en pleno centro de Ushuaia.

Se oye algo el tráfico, pero es soportable. El ascensor es lentisimo.

Situation geographique

Extremement bruyant ,aucune isolationphonique.premiere nuit etait comme dormir dans la rue a cause du bruit des voitures.probleme avec resa non enregistree correctement . Petit dejeuner mediocre.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit

Das Hotel ist zu warm, auch wenn die Heizung nicht mehr läuft; Die Zimmer sind sehr laut. Im Zi 502 ist nicht nur der Straßenlärm enorm, sondern es grenzt auch der Fahrstuhl an. Wer gedenkt sich nachts auszuruhen, sollte das Hotel nicht buchen!!
