The staff were friendly on arrival and tried to help when we had problems with our hot water. Lovely view from window. There was a very dark unlit walk to the town. The bed was 7foot wide but the sheets weren't! Breakfast was 6-9, one day we came down at 8, and the staff were still in bed. Once woken she was very helpful, but that wasn't the point! I wanted a bath but there were several old scum marks around the bath. The bathroom was only superficially clean. |

staff are really nice and make you feel comfortable. staff speaks english and helped us even with untrivial things. great view. a bit far from city center. |

The hotel had a great view of the surrounding area. The staff were very helpful in suggesting tours to the most interesting sites in and around El Calafate. It was a good 15 minute uphill walk from the town to the hotel. |

The staff were helpful and some spoke good english. They also made enquirys for us in regards to tours and were able to get all our questions answered promptly. The breakfast although basic was all that you needed and the fresh baked bread was nice in the morning. The beds although huge were not very comfortable, the rooms are also starting to show their age. |

Staff was Excellent. They can book most excursions for you the day before you wish to go on the excursion. 10 minute walk from Town Center. At night requires a walk down a dark path. Taxis are readily available and very cheap. Simple, Clean Room |

friendliness of the staff, view over the lake (superior room - ask for a room with a view), strong support in organising excursions, warm atmosphere, very comfortable king size beds dining area in front of the lobby, hotel on top of a hill at "quadras" from the city centre (but it is worth for the view over the lake) |

The staff was amazing and made sure all our questions were answered. We had a great view of the lake from our window. It's a little bit out of the town, but a 20 minute walk is ok as the hotel is pretty good. |

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Could not ask for friendlier people. As soon as we walked in the door, they were ready to help with everything from food, tours, and anything to make our stay better |

No pude pagar con tarjeta porque alegaron tener problemas de comunicación con Visa, por lo que debí pagar en efectivo, lo que no estaba en mis planes y en el hotel no me dieron ninguna solución. A´demás de eso estuve dos días sin agua en la pileta del baño y el botón del inodoro prácticamente no funcionaba. |

De locatie alsmede de behulpzame personeelsleden van het hotel. Tevens gratis internet. Geen zoetwaren bij ontbijt. Jus d'orange was ranja en er was geen TV op de kamer. |
