Hospitality, Breakfast.

They accept only Visa credit cards, but the service often does not work. We had to pay with cash. The position on the map booking.com is completely wrong, more distant from the center of what is displayed.

Nice views of the surrounding mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean as well as secure. Relatively close to the center of town. The staff did not speak English very well but they did make a sincere effort in trying to understand and communicate - I.E. used an online translator to clarify anything. After all it is a Spanish speaking country so travellers should have some knowledge of their language as well. It was a very nice experience over all.

The hotel was on a hill and walking back from town was a little tiring after a long day of activities. The walls were a little thin and you could hear what was going on around you, however it was quiet at night.

Quiet place, internet access ( computer & connexion ), breakfast "home made".

Far away from the center, about 15min by feet.

Hotel being run by an excellent group of young ladies who are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Lupama. The walk to center of town is around 15 to 20 minutes down hill and is good exercise.

Maid service for room clean up was not good. We had to ask the reception for replacement towels and soaps.

Me encato la ubicacion, la vista del lago y la comida de mariano pidan pollo con papas rusticas muchas gracias por la atencion y limpieza un saludo a todos espero regresar en invierno. Se los recomiendo

La habitación con la tina de hidromasaje es un plus de todas maneras, la habitación en general era muy buena y confortable, se extraño eso si una cobertura y mas colchas para el frío.

Bonita la ciudad de el Calafate, lamentablemente en el anuncio dice a "10 minutos del centro de la ciudad", lo cual es falso queda a 40 minutos a pie bajando una colina, no hay servicio de acercamiento, el desayuno es pobrisimo sin opción de huevos o platos calientes que por el precio de un hostal mas caro que el resto deberían tener. El servicio de restaurante es pobre y caro. Debería haber arriendo de bicicletas por la lejania del lugar. Solo falta agregar una sonrisa al personal que fue muy frío en todo momento.

La atencion del personal estuvo buena. Las camas muy confortables, la habitacion limpia.

Que entendi que "a pocas cuadras de la calle principal Libertador" significaba centrico. Para un pueblo como el Calafate, el hotel no queda nada centrico, sino mas bien alejado del centro, mas considerando la subida que hay que hacer para llegar al hotel.

Buenas las habitaciones, la higiene; en general calidad precio aceptable.

El desayuno pesimo realmente pobre; no se corresponde al resto de los servicios que son en general buenos. A unas cuantas cuadras del centro, se puede caminar pero la vuelta complicada en subida.

En términos generales me ha parecido excelente, teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad-precio . El desayuno está muy bien servido, en especial tortas caseras muy ricas. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. La conexion de WiFi funcionaba perfecto en la habitación. Los chicos de la recepción muy amables, atentos y serviciales.

המיקום המרוחק ממרכז העיר. צריך לדייק בדיווח וכשמפרסמים "5 דקות מהמרכז" צריך לציין שהכוונה לרכב כי להולכי רגל זה מרחק של 20-25 דקות לכל כיוון.
