Nice views of the surrounding mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean as well as secure. Relatively close to the center of town. The staff did not speak English very well but they did make a sincere effort in trying to understand and communicate - I.E. used an online translator to clarify anything. After all it is a Spanish speaking country so travellers should have some knowledge of their language as well. It was a very nice experience over all. The hotel was on a hill and walking back from town was a little tiring after a long day of activities. The walls were a little thin and you could hear what was going on around you, however it was quiet at night.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough. I stayed three times (in two different rooms). In the first room there was no hot water. Nada. In the second room, the water pressure was so low that the water trickled from the nozzle. The breakfast was very poor-- couldn't tell if what was laid out were table decorations of edibles. One morning the yogurt was rancid. Finally, the staff was very laissez faire and inattentive. Considering that this property is located one kilometer or so from the station and costs more than other comparable accommodations, I would not recommend this property for any reason!

Quiet place, internet access ( computer & connexion ), breakfast "home made". Far away from the center, about 15min by feet.

Me resultó muy confortable, un ambiente familiar gracias a las personas que estaban atendiendo la hosteria en ese momento siempre dispuestas a solucionar cualquier necesidad que se suscite..... Mmmm digamos me sentí como en casa.... Gracias chicos!!!!!!!!

el trato que Marcelo (manager del hotel) nos dio fue muy amistoso y familiar, casi de amigos. Si bien esta a unas cuantas cuadras del centro,eso nos permitia tener buenas vistas. Me encanto.

La atención y servicios del personal. El desayuno. El ambiente familiar. La vista. La ducha podría mejorarse ya que la bañera se llenaba un poco de agua al bañarse.

La habitación con la tina de hidromasaje es un plus de todas maneras, la habitación en general era muy buena y confortable, se extraño eso si una cobertura y mas colchas para el frío. Bonita la ciudad de el Calafate, lamentablemente en el anuncio dice a "10 minutos del centro de la ciudad", lo cual es falso queda a 40 minutos a pie bajando una colina, no hay servicio de acercamiento, el desayuno es pobrisimo sin opción de huevos o platos calientes que por el precio de un hostal mas caro que el resto deberían tener. El servicio de restaurante es pobre y caro. Debería haber arriendo de bicicletas por la lejania del lugar. Solo falta agregar una sonrisa al personal que fue muy frío en todo momento.

Confortável. Duas coisas me chatearam muito. Primeiro, o mapa no Booking mostra o hotel no centro da cidade, só que ele está locallizado cerca de 3km, o que o tira tolmente da área central da cidade. As coordenadas para gps estão totalmente erradas, o que é um absurdo. Quando se escolhe um hotel, localização é um dos pontos mais importantes, portanto é um absurdo que o mapa mostre o hotel onde não está. Falei com funcionários do hotel por email antes de me hospedar e ninguém me alertou sobre a localização. Outro absurdo é que avisei que ia pagar com Visa nesse mesmo email e ninguém me informou era comum o terminal dar problemas. Vieram me avisar às 21h30 da véspera de minha partida... Resultado, tive que sair até a cidade para sacar dinheiro e pagar cerca de r$ 40,00 em taxas bancárias por esses saques. O hotel precisa ser mais profissional. Hotéis têm que nos ajudar em nossas viagens e não atrapalhar. Se soubesse tinha ido para outro.

En términos generales me ha parecido excelente, teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad-precio . El desayuno está muy bien servido, en especial tortas caseras muy ricas. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. La conexion de WiFi funcionaba perfecto en la habitación. Los chicos de la recepción muy amables, atentos y serviciales.

la atencion con los turistas es excelente ,el trato ,la informacion siempre disponibley antes dudas sobre todo sobre de las excursiones la consulta inmediata con el servicio contratado de turismo. En una palabra espectacular! Gracias a marcelo y flia, como a las chicas residentes por hacer de mi estadia un sueño..... todo de diez! . no hay reclamos de ninguna naturaleza
