"You don't eat food in the room, you don't drink juice in the room" "and You don't drink the water as much as possible in the room either." "You don't bring any food in the Hotel." The staff is coercive. The words are tone of command. The Internet is not usable at all. The VISA card is not usable, too. The faucet is broken. I am full of lies. |

The staff were friendly on arrival and tried to help when we had problems with our hot water. Lovely view from window. There was a very dark unlit walk to the town. The bed was 7foot wide but the sheets weren't! Breakfast was 6-9, one day we came down at 8, and the staff were still in bed. Once woken she was very helpful, but that wasn't the point! I wanted a bath but there were several old scum marks around the bath. The bathroom was only superficially clean. |

The hotel had a great view of the surrounding area. The staff were very helpful in suggesting tours to the most interesting sites in and around El Calafate. It was a good 15 minute uphill walk from the town to the hotel. |

The staff were helpful and some spoke good english. They also made enquirys for us in regards to tours and were able to get all our questions answered promptly. The breakfast although basic was all that you needed and the fresh baked bread was nice in the morning. The beds although huge were not very comfortable, the rooms are also starting to show their age. |

Staff was Excellent. They can book most excursions for you the day before you wish to go on the excursion. 10 minute walk from Town Center. At night requires a walk down a dark path. Taxis are readily available and very cheap. Simple, Clean Room |

Really friendly staff - couldn't be more helpful Distance from, and ease of access to town is really stated. You climb steep hill with no footpaths |

friendliness of the staff, view over the lake (superior room - ask for a room with a view), strong support in organising excursions, warm atmosphere, very comfortable king size beds dining area in front of the lobby, hotel on top of a hill at "quadras" from the city centre (but it is worth for the view over the lake) |

The staff was amazing and made sure all our questions were answered. We had a great view of the lake from our window. It's a little bit out of the town, but a 20 minute walk is ok as the hotel is pretty good. |

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Could not ask for friendlier people. As soon as we walked in the door, they were ready to help with everything from food, tours, and anything to make our stay better |

Secador de Cabelos. Aquecimento Braeakfast mediocre, atendimento nao profissional. Preco muito caro para a categoria. Muitas exigencias ao hospede *nao pode entrar com nada de alimentos ou bebidas que nao sejam compradas no hotel. Conclusao , hotel sem condicoes de atender aos hospedes |

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam, kamers ok. Redelijke goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding Je kunt alleen met Visa of cash betalen, niet met Mastercard. Locatie op google maps volgens de site komt niet overeen met daadwerkelijke locatie. Overigens op loopafstand van hoofdstraat dus wel ok |

Lupama wordt (blijkbaar) gerund door een viertal meisjes die heel vriendelijk zijn. Ze doen het een beetje amateuristisch maar dat heeft ook weeral zijn charme. Lupama ligt op 15 minuten stappen van het centrum van El Calafate. |

no quarto há um termostato (uma caixa oca, um buraco no lugar do led indicativo on- off) para regular o ar condicionado, que não existe, chamei a recepção para me mostra a saída de ar ela também não achou, tive que dormir de janela aberta devido ao calor quase que insuportável, detalhe desde que cheguei coloquei o "termostato"em 10 graus celsius e parecia 40! |
