Hotel Madero  

I liked the location, my room,the staff,food and wine,great place to visit

All the staff was very friendly, kind and helpful! I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is near the porto madero, a good place for running but also full of good restaurants. Breakfast really good, kind staff. Clean rooms, swimming pool on the top with panoramic view!

Excelent service, friendly staff and great location in Puerto Madero near terraces and restaurants. Also the park is fantastic.

We really liked it all! Staff is really friendly and detail oriented. Room size and layout is very convenient and comfortable, and the decoration was trendy!!

If I had to pick something I didn't like, I would probably say it was the fact that I got a duplicate charge in my credit card (though it seems to be directly from the hotel and not from booking.com). I guess we now have to raise the claim to the bank to get it removed / reimbursed and that will be it!

Breakfast is just great, both quality and personnel.

Wifi is not free of charge. It is unacceptable that a hotel of this category needs to charge wifi extra.

Breakfast buffet is great. Facilities & Wifi and very useful.

room was a bit noisy, entrance sound insulation was not so good. Not so clear visibility from the room, you see into neighbouring apartments.

We had a corner room which was very spacious and had a very good range of amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant 'RED' was excellent. We only stayed one night and it was ideal for that.

Internet was paid but very unstable and each device was needing a separate one. For a business hotel that's just not good enough.

Very good location, nice walking area nearby. Fantastic restaurant "Red".

One of personnel members appeared unhelpful however it was quickly corrected by another one.

Superb location, excellent rooms and facilities (including pool and gym). The service was superb and the members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommendable.

Excellent comlimentary breakfast. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Will recommend this Hotel to any friends visiting beautiful Buenos Aires.

Your staff called a taxi to take my wife & I to the airport. Estimated cost $40.We were charged $50 but despite being told three times that we were flying on Delta the driver took us to the wrong terninal.This inolved us taking luggage two terminals away.

Air conditioner didn't work properly - despite the cold weather outside the room got too hot and I didn't have the option to switch to cool in, so I had to shut it off and open the balcony door (and it got a little noisy). Call twice the front desk and I was informed that since it was cold outside they switch to heating... anyway, they let me do a late check-out which made me very pleased and I will come back. Excellent Hotel. :)

The location next to the reserve. Also if you been here before they will know you, the personal touch.

The bathroombis still ok and still function but it get out dated.
