Good overall "feel" to the place Big and well appointed rooms Nice restaurant Good location for walking by the water
Everything good to excellent, but a little delay at bar and restaurant, taking sometimes (not always) too long ... ... it is understandable, considering the relation guesses/attendants may change per hour ... but a point to improve ...
Nothing, but an extra time the staff takes do attend bar and restaurant ... it is understandable, considering the relation guesses/attendants may change per hour ... but a point to improve ...
Staff very professional, size of rooms excellent, breakfast very good, nice experience.
- Very helpful and friendly staff - Nice Breakfast - Good location - Nice Pool - Excellent Restaurant
Nothing... Maybe the speed of the wifi a bit slow but nothing major that would alter our appreciation of this hotel
great place, friendly and nice staff, big and nice rooms, wonderful area (Puerto Madero), great restaurant... everything is wonderful
Rooms are well decorated and clean, staff is very friendly and tri-lingual, hotel is very well located, everything is new, breakfast buffet is excellent.
Room doors slam extremely loud and even shake you out of your bed, when released by any other guest on the same floor as yours, waking you up as soon as the first guest leaves the room, however early that may be. Very poor sleep quality.
Nice hotel Good design Better execution than most competitors
The best was the staff attention
Lovely staff, well equipped gym great room.
Good location and design good breakfast buffet also.
Too many extras... Arrived at 11am had to pay 50% of the room otherwise had to wait until 2pm. Paid but still had to wait for some time for my room to get ready. Went for breakfast buffet in meantime. Expresso coffee was not included !!! You pay for internet which is nowadays not acceptable and the quality was really bad. These little details destroy the experience.
Internet service no espresso coffee
Facility, location, staff
Gym is small and equipment didn't work well
Comfy beds Breakfast was amazing Big rooms
Having to pay for wifi seems ridiculous having paid above £100.00 for a nights stay and leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.
The staff is not costumer oriented, as it other hotels of the same level.
- Location - very fast internet - great staff - excellent rooms, very clean my favorite hotel in Buenos Aires
The hotel's concierge services gave us some great recommendiations and tips about sightsing in Buenos Aires!
I liked that in the evening they make your room ready for you to sleep.
There's no noise isolation at all, you can absolutely hear everything that's happening outside your room! The "make up room" sign doesn't do anything. The equipment at the fitness center need some maintenance.
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in the first week of June, 2014. Reception was friendly and fast, we arrived early and the hotel receptionist provided us a deposit space for our luggage, so we could explore the surroundings before coming back for check-in, which we did a couple of hours earlier than anticipated. After check-in, we were taken to our room, where the boy taking our luggage explained us some of the restaurants and surrounding things to do, by pointing them out the balcony (which, as expected, had city view). The deluxe room was spacious, modern, comfortable and very clean. The king size bed and the comfortable sheets were also nice and new. From the hotel room, the only thing that could have been improved is the shower box - the glass does not completely close the door/bathtub, so you sometimes get the floor a bit wet. Other than that, I would also hope for ventilation in the bathroom, since it has no windows. The other minor thing would be to have soap/shampoo holders in the shower. Both comments are minor and did not interfere in our pleasant stay. Breakfast has a good variety of fresh fruits, breads, eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, etc. It does not change everyday, which personally does not bother me, but I often see that people praise variety. Location is good, in the very nice neighborhood of Puerto Madero. It is not so close to subway stations, although it only takes a very nice 30 minute walk alongside the harbor to reach Casa Rosada, where three subway lines meet and can take virtually anywhere in Buenos Aires. Staff is really incredible. Every need we had was accommodated elegantly and efficiently. We ordered in some Empanadas and staff was really nice in keeping an eye open for when it arrived and calling us in our room. We also needed ice in our room, which was easy to get and everyday we got a bucket of ice in our room.
Bathroom could have better ventilation - minor comment, did not affect our stay.
I threw away a pair of shoes in the trash, but the hotel sent a email asking how they could give back them to me...
non smoking room smelling cigarettes
Great bed, great bathroom.
The room wasn't so clean. There was was some hair (seemed like from a hair cut) executed inside the room.
nothing. they do not respect the booking through booking.com.
I never had the opportunity to enjoy my stay because the Hotel tried to charge me $189 USD more for my book. It seems they publish wrong prices and when you after you get there, the charge you A LOT MORE.
Good breakfast, views from our room.
I was disappointed that the WiFi was only free for 15 minutes per day, especially at the room rates being charged. And then at checkout, I was about to be overcharged for the WiFi time that I purchased. If I had not questioned the bill, I would have been charged 50% more than I should have been.
