Excellent breakfast, great staff, very good location with impressive views. We loved the fast, efficient and free wi-fi. All rooms have balconies and are perfectly clean. The restaurant has a high quality menu with delicious and well prepared food. The pool is ridiculously small for such a hotel (most of pools in family houses are bigger: forget the idea of enjoying a good morning in the pool and playing with your children). The lifts have frecquent failures. There is a coffemaker in the executive room but not a single cup or a tea bag.

Friendly staff and good location to visit Parana. Nice Spa and excellent massage therapist on site. The Pool is also very nice. Elevators! Only 2 and most of the time the buttons or the elevators itself did not work properly

Es un hotel de diseño moderno, con habitaciones confortables, excelente calidad de atención. La ubicación es alejada del centro, pero su cercanía al río, costanera y parques lo hace ideal para el descanso.

Me ha gustado todo el Hotel inclusive la parte gastronomica. Tal vez lo unico que puedo criticar es la falta de atencion del personal cuando uno pide algo, pero es comprensible por el exceso de pasajeros.

Buena predispocición del personal en general.Buena ubicación.Buen tamaño de suites El room service no respondía a los pedidos correctamente. La atencíon en restaurante con falta de personal.Le falta mantenimiento de pintura a las suites y falta de limpieza en escaleras y ascensores.

excelentes los colchones marcar kingcoil contractual. Muy bueno el desayuno y la atencion de todo el personal del hotel. la habitacion 504 era un poco ruidosa por las descargas del baño, y algo pequeña para una cama matrimonial con practicuna.

La ubicación, muy cómodo porque está cerca de la costanera, el desayuno, la cordialidad de los empleados. La limpieza de la habitación, en el baño, las mamparas de la ducha estaban LLENAS de hongos, lo mismo la parte interior del inodoro, eso fué lo peor, es fundamental para este tipo de hoteles q la limpieza sea impecable.

La atencion del personal, ubicacion, limpieza, servicios. A mi me toco el piso 12 y en momentos de mucho movimiento tuve que esperar el acensor 15 minutos(llega 1 solo a esos pisos)

La ubicación El espacio reducido de las habitaciones y baño y el precio, el cual considero elevado para lo que ofrece el hotel. Por muy poca diferencia estuve en hoteles de cinco estrellas, abismalmente superiores y en ciudades capital de provincia como por ejemplo Corrientes.
