Nice living room with panoramic windows. Good Wi-Fi
Staff barely speaks English Rooms in the cottage I stayed look and feel like baracks. Dirty kitchen No towel provided Everything is broken Prices for the drinks are ridiculously expensive
We stayed several nights, everything was fine and pleasant.
Very basic facilities and a bit far from the center.
Great view Amazing and welcoming staff Good breakfast
Far from city center But the staff often disappears for a while even though it's 24h. Really expensive compared to other nicer hostels. Dirty bathroom and room, old facilities, no toilet paper in the public toilets. Old lockers and some of them are broken.
The private room #10 was much nicer than the bunk houses. The common area was nice and kept clean.
The bunk rooms weren't kept very clean and I was bitten by bed bugs in Cabin 1. The toilet paper wasn't restocked and the kitchen was always very dirty. The breakfast provided was very poor compared to other hostels we stayed at.
Gentillesse et serviabilité de la responsable
- the lady, who owns the hostel was very very friendly, as we came back from a one-week-trip to Torres del Paine, she welcomed us with a big hug. - free luggage storage
paying with credit card is not possible
