Staff is great and dinner is included, very close to the center of town. Very dark rooms and even darker bathroom, wi-fi non-existent, although it is advertised, three ancient, ash-ridden desktops in the lobby, one of which doesn't work and all of which are being used all the time, far too expensive for what you get

The heat was always on in the rooms - suffocatingly warm. Every morning I felt so dried out and dehydrated, we slept with only the sheets over us. What was the need for the heat to be up so much, its not siberia!!! Was a problem with the shower but that was not a big deal. One other thing that did disappoint us was that when we arrived at the marco polo inn we were told that we would not be staying there but in their sister hostel nearby. They should have at least emailed us this as they knew a few weeks in advance.

O Marcopolo é muito confortável, os quartos são espaçosos e o banheiro também. O chuveiro funcionou bem e o restaurante era muito agradável! Apesar de ficar perto do centro, o Marcopolo fica no alto de uma ladeira, e as calçadas dos dois lados são muito ruins.

Rien car nous n'avons pas tellement aimé le service à cet hotel Les services affichés n'étaient pas offert finalement... pas d'eau chaude 24h sur 24...on a du attendre 2 heures pour prendre notre douche le premier jour. Pas possibilité de laisser des bagages durant notre randonnée de 3 jours alors que mentionne le service de "luggage storage", nous avons donc du payer un taxi pour aller porter nos bagages en consigne au terminal d'autobus et aller les chercher au retour. Notre 2e nuit là bas, nous n'avions pas de serviette dans la chambre et malgré que nous l'ayons demandé à la réception nous avons du utiliser nos propres serviettes de camping sales pour ne pas avoir à attendre encore 2 heures pour prendre notre douche au retour d'une randonnée de 3 jours. Et j'en passe...
