The location is excellent and it is a nice place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were helpful in pointing us in the right direction when we had a question. The morning breakfasts were also good. The selection of food was what you'd expect from a free meal, lots of breads etc. Eggs were also an option, which we had most days. The room was very big and comfortable, with lock box to store your valuables The wood floor and sofa made the room feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The only problem we had was connecting to the WiFi, however there was internet access on a computer in the hotel which we used instead. I would gladly return to this hotel.

The best parts of this hotel were the business center, the lovely breakfast area and the location.

The front desk staff was fairly slow and somewhat standoffish, but not too bad overall. Our room was very small but probably typical for a hotel like this. We only stayed 2 nights. For a longer stay, I'd recommend a temporary apartment if you don't need services like internet/business center or breakfast.

Very nice location: walking distances around Barrio Norte, Retiro and Recoleta. Nice shopping area, few nice restaurants not far. Room was rather small but comfortable. Good bathroom. Great 1st floor (breakfast area). Good breakfast (eggs/sausages prepared on request). Friendly staff.

Some problems with soundproofing between rooms (not very good quality doors and thin walls).

All staff were fantastic - extremely helpful and engaging! Rooms were quite comfortable, especially the beds. Delicious breakfasts, with eggs cooked to order. Location was great - close enough to major shopping and tourist destinations, but in a quieter location.

We were treated royally, were comfortable, beautiful decoration, clean and the price was right. It made our stay most enjoyable.

The staff was just delightful and very helpful. They couldn't have been nicer to us. They went the extra mile. The hotel was beautiful and the location was terrific.

Excellent location, phantastic interior, very friendly staff, within a walking distance from the very centre of Buenos Aires. Will defenitely come back next time I'm in the area.

L'hotel si trova in una zona molto centrale ed elegante della città, interessante da visitare anche a piedi e per fare shopping. La camera era molto bella, pulita e confortevole. I servizi funzionavano bene, compreso il wireless. Il personale è cortese ed efficiente.

per la categoria di hotel cui appartiene direi che potrebbero aumentare la varietà di prodotti offerti per il breakfast (ad esempio il pane fresco oltre a quello in cassetta).

Boa localização, prox. ao centro, local calmo e bonito. O hotel é bem decorado e conservado. O café é bom porem repetitivo.

A cama de casal é a menor que já vi em um hotel. Por telefone me disseram que a cama era "queen size", chegando ao hotel fui informado que eles concideram queen size como 1,40 x 1,90, acima disso seria king size 2,00 x 2,00. O café poderia variar mais.
