At the heart of Buenos Aires "micro centro", the hotel is at walking distance of many of the landmarks of the city. THe hotel is old, the swimming pool was closed due to repair.

The staff is great, very helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. Excellent choice for business trips as it is close to downtown but still far enough to have a good night of sleep.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very confortable. Good breakfast. The swimming pool wasn`t operated. If you stay in lower floors, probably the noise outside could affect your stay, as there are bars surrounding the area and the street is closed to cars at night because of them (chairs and tables occupy the street).

Gostei apenas da localização. Detestamos esse hotel, pois pagamos por um 5 estrelas mas ficamos num hotel medíocre. A piscina e a jacuzzi não estavam funcionando durante toda a nossa estada; o banheiro do quarto estava sujo com cheiro de urina; e qdo acabava o horário do café-da-manhã os funcionários tiravam as pressas todos os alimentos, inclusive nossos copos e talheres. Realmente não indicaria esse hotel para ninguém. Lamentável...

Quartos confortáveis, staff gentil e prestativo A piscina foi um dos principais motivos pelos quais optamos pelo Meliá em detrimento do Holiday Inn, na mesma região e mais barato. Ocorre que a piscina está fechada para reforma há meses, e só fomos informados disso no check-in.

Gostei muito da localização, e do preço que paguei apesar de não estar incluso o café da manhã, que é caro u$ 24,00 por pessoa, o qual é bom, porém muito repetitivo, o que o torna enjoativo para quem fica uma semana hospedados, que foi o nosso caso. Acesso a internet um pouco complicado através do computador do hotel. E o serviço de requisição de taxi através do hotel, na qual o valor cobrado do hóspede é maior em torno de 25% do que se o hóspede ande 10 metros e pegue diretamente na esquina o próprio táxi, que por sinal são abundantes nesta região, assim como em toda Buenos Aires.

Os quartos são bastante aconchegantes. A piscina e o Jacuzzi não estavam funcionando e nem fomos avisados. Nao houve qualquer abatimento no valor das diárias, sendo que escolhemos o hotel pelo que ele oferecia. Ficamos decepcionados. O café da manha tambem n esta incluido se quiser tem um valor cobrado a parte.

A localização é boa. Dá para fazer muitas coisa a pé. O quarto que fiquei era bem amplo e limpo. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Mesmo os funcionário sendo atenciosos com relação ao atendimento os serviços são muito ruins. Pedi para passar duas caminas e um blazer e eles voltaram piores do que foram. A piscina estava em manutenção e o café da manhã é extremamente caro para o que é oferecido. Além dos itens do frigobar terem preços abusivos. Obviamente, quem se hospeda em um hotel cinco estrelas não pode esperar que vá pagar barato por esse itens, mas que pelo menos tenha uma diversidade de opções. Sinceramente, acho que Buenos Aires tem hotéis 5 estrelas, na mesma faixa de preço, com uma relação melhor de opções.

A localização é muito boa , perto de lojas e restaurantes. é possível andar 5 quadras e estar em Puerto Madero. O "staff" é atencioso e muito prestativo. O café da manhã muito bom , com várias frutas e pães caseiros
