Perfectly well situated. Clients are mainly tourits and hotel is not really fitted for businessmen. Breakfast is more that simple...and breakfast room reallly tiny... My reservation through Booking.com was not processes ad they could not find out my booking. Luckily there were rooms available. Not really profesionnal. Avoid rooms near the elevators, very very noisy all night long |

the staff were lovely, the room was great, i felt very safe as a solo female traveller, location was good the internet accessibility was not super easy but the staff were very helpful on that front and I did manage to get everything I needed done achieved :) |

Perfect hotel, best palce in the city, perfect room and conditions Service is bad. We asked on reception to book a taxi for us in the eveining. We had to to go to the airport early in the morning. But the taxi didn t come. And nobody call us to the room in the morning to tell that its time to wake up though we asked about it. So we missed our flight. |

I like the location (near the main shopping and restaurants in Buenos Aires), the room and bathroom were updated, the pool, spa area, the gym, and the breakfast was quite good. The reception staff were not very friendly. I asked for a late checkout (230pm) and everything was fine until I received a phonecall (about 4 hours later) saying that there would be a charge if I stayed past 2 pm...they should have told me that initially or simply waived that 30 minute charge. All in all, the reception staff were quite "cold" and not very helpful. |

We stayed a total of 7 days. We checked out after the firs 3 to travel and upon return they upgraded us to a Junior suite for the last 4 days |

It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions for things to do and getting around Buenos Aires. It was our favorite hotel during our trip to Argentina. The complimentary breakfast was generous and excellent as well. |

I really liked the location, just in between of Puerto Madero and Florida street Not really, I would have liked to have more amenities at the hotel though. |

A localização e as comodidades do quarto bem como a sauna e piscina e a atenção dos funcionários. O café da manhã. Poderiam levar em conta que existem hospedes diabéticos, não havia opções sem açucar. |

Magnífico hotel en general. La habitación es muy espaciosa y está llena de detalles agradables. Tiene un animado hall donde tomar una copa si te apetece, la localización es buena (céntrico). Buena relación calidad-precio. Buen desayuno. Durante un día entero no funcionó mi conexión a Internet, lo que me hizo perder muchas horas de trabajo efectivo. A pesar de mis quejas, hasta que no me enfadé de verdad no se solucionó (lo que llevó 5 minutos) -hasta entonces no recibí más que buenas sonrisas-. El "business center" no tenía a nadie para atender a los clientes. Desde este punto de vista más profesional el hotel me resultó bastante decepcionante. El baño tenía puertas semitransparentes (intimidad cero) y la puerta de la ducha no impedía que el suelo del baño se encharcase cada vez que me duchaba. La televisión estaba situada de tal forma que no podía verse desde la cama. |

Relacao custo beneficio mto bom, bom cafe da manha, otima qualificacao dos funcionarios, limpeza excelente, achei quieto e tranquilo(fiquei no 6o andar),bem localizado para compras, bares, pubs, turismo. Diria que se parece mais com um bom 4 estrelas |
