Location, large room, comfortable bed, small bathroom although practical
Dinning room for breakfast is very depressing and claustrophobic. Elevator to the place doesn't function properly.
Still waiting for security deposit to come off of my bill 4 days later.
Expensive compared to other nearby hotels that are just as nice

Location - Location - Location Friendly staff
Small and uncomfortable bathroom Average breakfast buffet - Improvable
The decoration was really nice. A very comfortable bed and very good breakfast. Location was perfect.
The AC in the room did not work well. There should be more attendants at the counter. There was always only one and very busy with all the guests, so we had to wait longer just to ask a question or get some information. Staff was friendly, though.
Frigobar: inside is totally hot. Reception: Nomally only 01 person working and this time and the another time few months ago I wait to check in more than 20 minutes. Breakfast: Waiter name Antonela has bad education, like a drug young people after no sleeping night dancing.. I order 01 omelete and coming totally cold after I wait 20 minutes. Another day only 01 slice of emmental cheese, I ask and other waiter say wait few minutes; I wait 20 minutes and I ask to Antonela waiter and she said: eat the other cheeses, I can do nothing; I call the manager and she talk wait; I wait and emmental come, but slices like a beef. Terrible experience, 03 stars hotels have people more educated and the service is better.
Location Building Common areas
Small bathroom without bathtub Staff not very friendly Breakfast, the coffee was cold
location, staff, piano bar for breakfast, lobby
carpet in hall should be renewed, and breakfast slightly improved
The history around it, Evita perón spent 2 years living in the same building.
Location, silent room, good breakfast, beautiful furnitures in the lobby
The door of the shower never lock on the right position leaking water outside, poor shower
Location, comfort. Particular members of staff went out of their way to ensure that problems were solved quickly. The new Head Manager Carlos was most impressive in his willingness and ability to tackle both computer and phone problems. Diego, one of the cleaning staff, should be promoted to a higher level. His professionalism in dealing with difficult situations deserves recognition.
Internet connection was off for the entire first day of my visit. This was eventually solved. Long delays in answering the hotel phone. This proved very inconvenient in regards to overseas calls (sometimes late at night), some of which just gave up after long delays in getting through to reception. The restaurant food was not up to standard.
The Hotel staff, specifically the front desk and concierge were very helpful and very courteous.
Staff was attentious but could do better at welcoming and providing customer service. Wireless signal was excellent, unusualin Buenos Aires.
Worn out chair in bedroom, toilet cleanliness, cold omellet at breakfast
Nice and fancy hotel. Great location and confortable rooms. Really good breakfast and generally staff is cool.
Agustín at the front desk is the worst host ever. What a bad actitude! If you hate your job at least try a little.
Some parts of room a little old, should change the carpet
Front desk service
Nice courteous staff
the staff were efficient, friendly, and willing to assist at all times.
the shower in my room was a bit tepid; did not produce a lot of water.
Very good location, very clean, will definitely stay again.
No gym facilities.
WIFI was quite poor and the staff didn't resolve the issue. Pillows hard, no replacements, shower curtain too short, so water all over bathroom. Staff complacent
