Acceptable location Helpful staff. Good A/C Good neighbourhood with all services and shops nearby Quiet and peaceful
Limited pots and pans. No Microwave, oven or grill. Seating somewhat awkward for those with bad backs
Good size and set in a reasonable location although taxis required to get to shopping/restaurants. Taxis were easy to get. Staff very polite and helpful. Get what you pay for.
Apartment was pretty run down and not the cleanest. No aircon in main bedroom was an issue considering the Buenos Aires heat wave.
It was a large apartment with a living room, kitchen, dining area and two bedrooms.
It was noisy. It was quite old and when I complained to managment about few faults in the apartment they didn't fix it. Cleaning staff kept on moving my stuff. It smelled weird. Expensive, because they don't factor in the exchange rate and the iva in your confirmation e-mail.
Very friendly staff. Good location bordering Palermo and close to the Outlets. This hotel offers good value, especially if you pay in Pesos.
Building maintenance could be better. The balcony door didn't close (in two of their apartments) and they were unable to fix this. Sometimes it was quite noisy (thin walls).
Really lovely place in a good location. Technically in villa crespo on a quiet street, it's a few blocks from the main area of palermo. The guys who work there can't do enough for the guests. The apartment was really lovely and clean. Having read some of the comments on here, I imagine the experience might vary depending on which apartment you are in, although mine and the ones I saw were all really nice. Cleaned every day... Secure entry to flat an building.
Nothing not to like! I was a little cold the first night but as soon as I mentioned it to the guys, I was given another blanket and they came to check that the heating was working.
