A qualidade dos serviços e da estrutura do hotel. Visível a preocupação com materiais de qualidade em todos os detalhes. A presteza dos funcionários da recepção tambem encanta. E o que dizer da localização? Da pra fazer tudo a pé... dos outlet's da Av. Cordoba às lojas de Palermo Viejo, passando pela Plaza Serrano claro... Humm dificil essa... mas como penso que tudo pode ficar ainda melhor la vai: acredito que as funcionarias do restaurante/ lanchonete poderiam ser um pouco mais atenciosas... não que não fossem prestativas, pelo contrario, mas um sorriso faz toda a diferença, bem como a iniciativa em oferecer opções. |

Óptima estadia no Mine Hotel. A localização é muito boa para explorar Palermo. Uma palavra muito especial para todo o staff que foi simplesmente maravilhoso. Sempre disponivel para nos ajudar nos problemas que surgiram. |
