Friendly staff, nice large rooms, stunning views of the lake & mountains. Overall a lovely hotel Our only disappointment was we didn't think the takeout lunch boxes were up to par! |

Very nice hotel - clean, very comfortable, nice bathroom and amenities, great internet access and breakfast. Ten minute walk to town wasn't too bad in nice weather. Lots of common areas to hang out comfortably between check-out and waiting for a later flight. Did not like that the smoking area was in the front reception area. Not too pleasant if you're a non-smoker waiting for a remise or tour bus. |

Good location and helpful staff. The view from the rooms (lakeside) are exquisite. The breakfast is also good and has a decent selection. The WIFI is also a plus. |

O atendimento. Tivemos alguns problemas não relacionados ao hotel e eles nos ajudaram e foram muito gentis, tentando compensar com algumas cortesias. O isolamento acústico entre os quartos não era muito bom. |

Decoración de diseño, vista al río desde la habitación impresionante, piscina aunque no tuve tiempo de disfrutarla espectacular. Desayuno con vistas desde la 5ª planta inmejorable. El hotel esta muy bien, lo único que resulta un poco caro. |

el desayuno, era abundante y de calidad, y la situacion.era apropiada estaba casi en el centro la habitacion estaba en la planta cero y el desague de la bañera estaba obstruido. El retrete se obstruyo una mañana (parecio ello normal) no se merece las 4 cuatro estrellas, con tres va bien (y mucho es) la zona de fumadores estaba a la entrada y se olia en todos los pasillos. |

Es muy confortable, esta exquisitamente decorado, el servicio es muy atento y el desayuno esplendido. Se encuentra en la calle principar, al final de la zona comercial, suficientemente apartado para ser tranquilo, pero suficientemente cerca como para acceder comodamente a todos los servicios de la ciudad. Las vistas son inmejorables. |

Schöner Stein/Holzbau mit verschiedenen Gemeinschaftsräumen (Kaminfeuer, Fernsehen, freier Internetzugang). Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da ich ein Seitenzimmer hatte konnte ich nur seitlich die Berge sehen - war aber nicht weiter schlimm, da direkt in der Fensternische eine Couch eingebaut war (super Idee)! Es hat relativ lange gedauert bis das Warmwasser kam (abhängig von der Tageszeit). Die Heizung im Hotel (Zimmer) war auf gefühlte 26-28 Grad eingestellt ohne eine Möglichkeit zu haben die Temperatur selbst zu regulieren. |

El lugar donde esta es perfecto...la vista genial...las habitaciones son muy buenas y lindas... la oferta en booking de stay 4 and pay 3 me confundio pensaba que se referia a las personas y es a las noches....me dieron otra habitacion y pagamos mas por eso |

Conforto do quarto e excelente café da manhã A recepção deixa a desejar. Não são engajados em ajudar como procura de passeios, taxis, dicas etc. Além disso, são totalmente inflexíveis quanto ao horário do check out. Se atrasar 10 min, paga-se uma nova diária. |
