Loved the advice of the front desk on winery recommendations- we had great excursions and did the all inclusive package with private driver-- La Azul was the best lunch experience! Loved the apartment style suite-- very comfortable and we were able to get our laundry done and room was cleaned very well Everything was so quaint and in a great location!
Shower area leaked onto the bathroom floor, but it wasn't too bad
Great location; staff extraordinarily helpful;speak good English for non-Spanish speakers.
Front apartments might be slightly noisy (traffic noise) but not a problem with air-conditioning on.
I had a crisis and the manager helped to solve it going well beyond the call of duty. We had a triple room and it was spacious. The WiFi is far better than nearly every hotel we stayed in in south america. Strongly recommend.
Bathroom is a bit on small side.
Wifi, owner was well versed about the area.
Difficulty getting in. Warm, but not super clean.
All the staff were really helpful and the location was excellent. The apartment was spacious with a very comfy bed.
Unfortunately it was very noisy because our apartment was facing a very busy street.
The suite is more like a contemporary Mendoza studio apartment than a hotel room, a nice alternative. One of the principal cafe plazas is just two blocks away, and the central Plaza de Independencia just beyond. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. They arranged for various trips to Aconcagua and Valle de Uco. The recommended driver was pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. The winery tours and lunch they arranged in Valle de Uco were really well-chosen. We had a fantastic lunch al fresco at a boutique winery with stunning cordillera views.
Considerable street noise. We brought ear plugs and did just fine.
I booked this hotel for my mother who arrived into mendoza a day before we joined her. She's not an avid traveller however Martin and thehe staff were absolutely phenomenal making her feel comfortable during her stay.
We really enjoyed the large balcony. The apartment had great style and really was a design suite. The personal was very helpful and friendly.
The wifi was a little slow.
the owner and Martin is a great guy from Chile who has build a building that is truly an architectural genius design. I will go back and stay there for sure next time. Thaddeus
Some rooms have small shower for big people
Marcelo was a fantastic host and helped us greatly.
The appartments are beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. You are very central, but also the bus terminal or car rental companies can easily be reached by foot. Martin and his team give valuable advise about what to do and organize all bookings for you. If we go to Mendoza again, we will definitely choose the same place.
The helpful staff, the availability of wine on site, the maid service every second day, the location and the balcony were a definite plus.
It was a bit of a nuisance to have to unlock the main door before going out.
The staff, particularly the receptionist, Javier, were absolutely outstanding in helping us organize our visit.
Great location!! W
You cannot pay cash, so this is not such a good deal since you have to pay in dollars, rather than Argentine pesos from the blue market.
First the location is very good, so close to all you wanted to see in the heart of Mendoza. Nice to have a kitchen as we enjoy a quiet morning and our own coffee, maybe eggs with toast cooked the way we like and when we want. Super fast internet, the fastest of our 6 week trip in arg. Martin and his staff are so helpful with suggestions and quality information on what to do and when it works best for our timeline. We did read some other reviews where people said they could not sleep, keep in mind your in the heart of Mendoza so do expect some traffic noise, it was minimum on our view as we slept very well, our suite even faced the street. Very good suggestions on dining and at good prices. We loved our stay ! The bathroom was a bit small but adequate, we are fairly big people and it served us well. Best toilet paper of ag ha having the extra space in the living/dinning area made us feel at home with lots of space, very good storage of your items as the suite had lots of space to hang things up and also to store everything else. The elevator is nice when you have lots of luggage, we were lucky have a patio so we could sit outside. Do check out the top floor art gallery, there are 3 patios where you can hang out and enjoy the views of the city. Likely can have one all to yourself, did not notice this till the last day as we had our own deck. Wish I had as the views from 2 of them are pretty good. We had some cool doves nesting in the tree adjacent to our patio. Maybe you see some babies when you stay if you can get #9
Well, what we did not like is that we had to leave ! Thanks to Martin for being so kind with your time !
