Size of triple room generous. Desk staff (Walter and Bryan) were helpful when we needed info.

Triple room have hot plate but not all doubles do - best to enquire if you're anti- microwaves like we are

Nice, well run. clean hotel. I'd stay here again if the internet connection improves.

Its not a four star property, This in my opinion is a three star hotel. The WiFi was poor. Breakfast was marginal.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially in the Reception and Dining Room.

No waste plugs supplied in the Bathroom. After a delayed flight, we arrived at the hotel at 02.00hrs,to find no hot water available, but it was hot at breakfast time.

The staff were helpful. It is a central location - easy to get places. The rooms were fine.

Breakfast was not very good quality. The area was ok but I didn't feel relaxed walking about at night - it was too quiet once nearby offices closed. I got laundry done which was convenient but incredibly expensive.

Swimming pool is really warm, nice and quiet. Breakfast is just ok. Bar is ok, but it has a nice patio. Staff is ok too, not very friendly

You don´t get utensils unless you are staying for at least 15 days (?), so if you are thinking in renting this apart hotel to save by cooking some meals, you better rent an apartment, it´s same price (or even cheaper) and you can get a better location (this is not in Recoleta by the way). The only spa facility included is the swimming pool, everything else, included jacuzzi, is paid and rates are expensive in comparison with other spas in Recoleta for example.

Room was comfortable and staff were very helpful.

The window in our room was double-glazed but was not fitted properly so the noise from the street traffic was loud. The swimming pool is not heated enough and you have to leave the pool towels at the pool (i.e walk back to your room in your togs!). Breakfast was average and they ran out of items (i.e butter!). Cable TV couldn't be changed to English.
