Score from 372 reviews Wonderful
avoid rooms onto Moreno, extremely noisy
Central location High quality Nice terrace WiFi everywhere
The breakfast could be improved, sweeteners were added to the orange juice (but this seem to be a general problem in Argentina)
I liked the room
Very nice hotel in the Center near Casa Rosada with very beautiful and very big rooms. We liked the antik lift a lot. We would always choose this hotel and not an otherone again.
The breakfast was good but they could do a little bit better.
Employee support very strong!
Entrance to hotel/ reception area. First impression is not welcoming.
I stayed for 4 night at this hotel and no regrets about it. Is in a good location, next to subte station and really close to most of city attractions. I will defenitely come back to this place next trip to Buenos Aires. You will like decoration and the old elevator, like being on a movie. Breakfast wouldnt be better cause u got the the 7 floor view at the breakfast room.
Very spacious well equipped rooms, friendly English speaking staff (just what we needed on our first night after 30 odd hour trip ) good breakfast , highly recommend
Great locations with excellent staff. Made for our visit to buenos aires very easy and enjoyable.
If you love historic renovation, this is the hotel for you. I absolutely loved my stay here. The attention to detail was everywhere, topped off by breakfast on the roof. Just stunning! Bravo, Hotel Moreno...
Hotel decor, loft style Location Staff
The position, the staff, the rooms are great! Best Hotel Boutique in Bsas.
We liked the rooms (huge), the location, the breakfast, the rooftop terrace
bit noisy in the morning (but that's what you can expect from a city centre hotel)
Our room was HUGE, with a large double bed, couch, coffee table, desk and wardrobe. It even had a balcony with table and chairs, which, looking around, seemed to be unique in the hotel. The view from the balcony, however, was not enticing. Several nice books for the traveler were in the room. The two old-fashioned elevators with hand-operated accordian-type gates were fun; they were also convenient because you didn't have to keep your finger on a button to keep them from closing. The 7th floor roof-top breakfast room was very pleasant, with lots of windows and access to the patio. Note, however, that the elevator goes only as high as the 6th floor and the 7th is attained by the stairs. The lady working at registration in the evening was most helpful, patiently and courteously answering our questions. She provided us with a sheet chockful of useful information about where to eat and what to do in the vacinity of the hotel. The gentleman at the desk the following morning when we checked out was equally polite and ordered for us a remise to the airport. The WI-FI signal was strong and data rate faster than at other places where we stayed during our four weeks in Argentina and Uruguay. The e-mails from the hotel both before and after our stay added to the impression that the management and staff were doing their very best to make your stay with them a pleasant one.
The entrance from the street is a little shabby. The reception on the first floor is strangely too big for the ceiling height, its large chandelier with mostly yellow lamps illuminating the almost-exclusively dark furnishings in an unattractive light. Our room had similar dark furniture. For my wife and me, however, the contrast between the anachronistic decor and all the positive features only served to make the Moreno more interesting and memorable. The quality of the breakfast did not match the quality of the breakfast room and what was served as orange juice was not.
Staff very helpful Location perfect Very large room with nice wiew overlooking old church Excelent resturant on ground floor
Largest hotel room at a reasonable price I've ever seen Accessible to everything Friendly and very helpful staff
Ask them if you want a kettle. It's possible only some rooms have them. Ask for a higher room not facing the front if you are sensitive to noise.
we got a very big room with a nice view an a balcony. the staff was very nice. the location is great, close to microcentro and to puerto madero, la boca... very recomendable
Staff/ spoke very good English and were more than helpful with everything, early arrival, luggage storage the lot Room was awesome, far better than I expected for the price Location is perfect close to centre and subways Rooftop is worth a look and great spot for breaky Wifi is on every floor for you to access and works great
friendly staff very comfortable rooms great location

Great locaton. Beautifully appointed room. Helpful staff.
Breakfast could have been better. It consisted on tinned fruit salad and the bread was stale.
This was a clean, modern hotel right in the heart of things. I would definitely recommend it!
Lovely staff, great breakfast, good wifi in room, excellent restaurant downstairs (Aldo's)
Trendy old hotel renovated . Large rooms ,location close to tourist sites , metro and the staff spoke English and were very helpful
Best location, great big rooms (we started our trip in Moreno hotel and ended too), good staff. Hi-Fi hotel!

Personnel are very professional and kind, I had a very nice room, Aldo s Restaurant is excellent Location is confortable also, even with the inconvenience the final Football Cup gave u in town
