Hotel Mundial    

I liked the willingness of the staff to help resolve any issue, offer up advice freely, and their general friendliness. I also found it generally very quiet and loved its central location. I enjoyed my stay there immensely. Mario is the man!

The breakfast was unsatisfying with too many carb-rich foods. Eggs would´ve been a great addition.

The staff members were very courteous and would go out of their way to help. Complementary breakfast offered a range of food and drink to choose from. Centrally located to most of the places I wanted to see and public transportation systems was within easy reach. I felt safe. I enjoyed the classic charm of the hotel.

Nice hotel with great location, near the National Congress. A Rodin less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Lots os transport options, 2 minutes away from the Subte and bus stops. Across the streat form the Cafe Los 36 Billares which I recomend. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, bares and even a theatre. If you are up-to it, you can walk to the main attractions. I even walked to the San Telmo barrio. Breakfast is good and standard, with fresh fruits some cakes included. I was able to check-in before check-in time. Good recomendations from recepcionist. Manual elevator has some charm... Rooms have balconies.

Budget, no-frills hotel. Good bed, good breakfast

Hotel is newly renovated, but not a good job was done: room already looked quite worn. Dirty and damaged walls, carpet and curtains not clean.

For it's size the hotel have a very well assorted breakfast menu!

The refrigerators,need new ones.

The receptionist was a very helpful and kind person. Jorge helped us in everything we needed very kindly. The room was spacious as well as the toilet. The breakfast was impressive with lots of fruits, croissants, muffins, etc. The environment was very friendly and the breakfast room had all the elegance that you imagine of Buenos AIres

The rooms had no so much light.

It is very centrally located. The hotel is in one of the most important and busiest streets of the city. Public transportation is easily accesable or you walk to the most of the sights from the hotel. Rooms have nice balcony. Wi-fi works well. Breakfast is fair.

The toilet in the room was very unfomfortable. It was very tight , could be designed better. Bath doesn't have hair dryer. Walls painted with very dark and ugly colour which shows the room very dated. Elevator was very weird. To me the worst thing about the hotel is one of the receptionist. We tried to ask him questions about the city and transportation to the airport but he was very unwilling to answer us. He acted very rude. As we were leaving the hotel for the airport we said him thanks and bye but he didin't even say anything back. He was the man with glasses. The other receptionists were kind and helpful.

It is close to the main street, 9 de Julio and just 700m from Obelisco and the Lima subway station of Line A. It is actually close to everything, especially restaurants and cafes nearby which give you a good range of choices. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and the wifi worked well.

Rooms were confortable and clean. Service was good. Breakfast was good and they offered a variety of food and always plenty. Hotel was centrally located to downtown Buenos Aires.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was that there is no a private room or closet to place our packages while we wait for check in. In our case we arrive 3 hours ealier and our baggages were placed in a corner together with other baggages with a very low security level.

Comme cela a été souvent répété, le personnel est vraiment TRES sympathique avec la clientèle et c' est toujours plaisant de rencontrer cela dans un hôtel. Le style néo-colonial est un "plus" pour cet hôtel 2**. C' est agréable pour les nostalgiques. Les chambres sont propres mais la nôtre était peu lumineuse. Le petit-déjeuner : c' est bien simple, je n' ai rencontré cela nulle part ailleurs. Il ne manque rien, c' est délicieux, élégamment présenté et, ce qui ne gâche rien, il est servi dans de magnifiques salles-à-manger spacieuses et pour le coup très lumineuses et ensoleillées (cf vidéo de l' hôtel). Je recommande cet hôtel !!

Mais il y a toujours un "hic" et comme cela a été beaucoup souligné par les autres internautes, le bruit de la rue est un problème. Bien que nous ayons demandé de n' être pas situés sur la Avenidad de Mayo, la rue adjacente ne valait pas mieux en terme de bruit. Mais, il faut savoir que l' on est sur une des plus importantes avenues et comme les chambres ne disposent pas de double-vitrage, les choses ne peuvent guère évoluer vite. Mais ce problème est vraiment secondaire.

Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis , o café da manhã é excelente e a equipe de funcionários e atenciosa, gentil e educada.

La disposición del personal.

El servicio de desayuno es bastante completo y bueno y su personal muy agradable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Eso es muy destacable.

Me alojaron en el Piso 6 y pedi que me trasladaran a otra habitación ya que el baño era demasiado estrecho e incomodo. Me pasaron al piso 7, mejor el baño, aunque descuidada la habitación en cuanto a la pintura y otros detalles. Estuve en otras oportunidades en piso inferiores y me parecieron mejores.

Bastante bien todo, excelentes desayunos, (de todo para todos los gustos)

El Wfi es muy intermitente y debil, me costaba mucho comunicarme

Não tinha figobar e os pisos eram de madeira com carpete, faziam muito barulho e o carpete fedia quando entravámos no quarto
