Excellent staff who helped to organize all trips/ excursions in town. Location is bang in the city centre, convinient but lacks the scenery or feel of the country side in bariloche. |

Convenient location, good breakfasts and reasonably priced, too. However, it's not a 4-star hotel by any international standard I recognise. Nothing actually wrong but a little tired, no gym/spa, one bar and restaurant. |

la amabilidad de todo su personal,siempre dispuestos a ayudar al huesped, ubicacion muy buena, lo recomiendo lo unico es no poder cargar las baterias de la camara ya que no hay adaptadores para 110w en las habitaciones |

Escolhi o Hotel devido a sua localização privilegiada, muito próximo as ruas centrais. A atenção e a alegrias dos funcionários que levam as malas. Muito mais atenciosos e prestativos que os funcionários da recepção. A recepção dos funcionários do periodo da tarde foi muito ruim. Desde a chegada a recepção foi muito ruim. Nada simpaticos, sem vontade de ajudar. Para um Hotel que se diz ser de 4 estrelas o atendimento foi pessimo. Também não achei o hotel 4 estrelas. Os quartos tinham cheiros e com ambientes antigos. Os cobertores apesar de limpos, pareciam muito velhos, dando a sensação de estar soltando algo. Tipo Poeira. As chaves das portas funcionavam com dificuldades. Trocamos algumas vezes. |

A localização é ótima, a apenas 1 quadra da principal rua da cidade. O custo/benefício do hotel também é excelente. O café da manhã é bastante variado! A cama é enorme e muito confortável! O chuveiro do banheiro era na verdade um esguicho de mão cujo jato de água era muito esparso e fino! |

La ubicación del hotel Me parece que no deberían cobrar por utilizar internet, siendo un hotel supuestamente de 4 estrellas. Además también nos cobraron (y no nos informaron previamente, hasta que pagamos al final la habitación) por descolgar el teléfono de la habitación para llamar con una tarjeta prepago telecom, que ya pagas para poder utilizarla desde cualquier teléfono. En el resto de los hoteles que estuvimos en Argentina no nos ocurrió esto. |

Me agrado mucho la ubicacion del Hotel. Esta muy accesible a la calle principal y al centro de la ciudad.La mayoria del personal fue muy amable. No me agrado que los telefonos de las habitaciones no estaban funcionando e el segundo piso. Durante toda mi estancia no nos pudimos comunicar por telefono. Tenia que subir y bajar para poder comunicarme con el hotel o hacer cualquier tipo de llamadas. Tampoco me agrado que no hubiese opciones de alimentacion despues de las 10:30. SOlo habia una y ya, |
