Value for money

Manager, Marcelo was very helpful and organised our transport, and we had a very good driver. He also organised a taxi from the airport on his own initiative. He did not speak very much English but had a terrific App which could translate any questions we had and anything he wished to advise us. Highly recommended.
Not much! I guess for us a few more basic items in the kitchen, such as a user friendly can opener and a variety of dishes would have made self catering a bit easier. No other problems.
Cleanliness and facilities
Good price Staff were helpful
Can't argue with the space and value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bit rough around the edges, both the apartment and area. Suspicion that sheets weren't changed as they still had numerous hairs on them from previous occupant! Didn't feel completely safe walking the streets nearby, but that's as much about the place as the accommodation
Great Place !
The staff was extremely helpful providing restaurant suggestions and organizing a taxi to take our group to the falls. Having the two bedrooms and the living room space to hang out in was amazing!
Everything, the person in charge was wonderful, could not have been more helpful
We absolutely loved everything about our stay with Naipi Apart. Marcelo went above and beyond his way in assisting us in any queries or arrangements we had. He had arranged transportation from the airport to the apartments and our driver was delightful. He's a great source of knowledge to help you with your visit. The Apartment had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet and safe. Just a heads up, you may want to bring some tea towels and your own condiments. We wish Marcelo much success in his management of these apartments.
Impressive apartment, 2 floors. Perfectly clean. Wifi was working without any problem. Staff so kind as never seen. Really important: they have sent to the Brasilian airport a driver to pick up us. He was not an official taxi driver, but he has accompained as along 2 days everywhere, providing us really good advices and hints to how better visit the area. All this asking us a really reasonable amount of money (i.e. to go to the waterfalls in Argentina he asked us the same money that we would have paid by public bus!!). Everything perfect there. The town also.
Naipi apartments are well placed in a quiet neighbourhood only 10-15 mins walk from the bus station and main tourist restaurants and close to a big supermarket. Puerta Iguazu is not a big town and the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls was by far the most enjoyable for us. The owner, Marcelo, is helpful and friendly and can arrange good taxi services to anywhere you require, we can particularly recommend Lucho, who is a very punctual and a good and safe driver - traits sometimes missing in Argentine drivers.
Just one small suggestion - it would have been nice to find cooking oil and basic condiments provided as there was tea and sugar there, but nothing else.
We are traveling arround Argentina with our 3 year old son and father and sister. We stayed at the Naipi hotel when we wher visiting Iguazu. the stay was perfect and Marcello ( the manager) was really great and helped us a lot!! the appartment was clean and everything worked great. also it was 15 min drive from the falls on the brazilian side wich was GREAT. we can only say that if you want ti stay in a good place where the manager is always nearby, stay in the Naipi appartement. best regards from Holland
The apartment was quite spacious for 5 people and close to some restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights so it wasn't necessary to buy/cook anything, although the kitchen was fully equipped. The wifi was decent but not very fast. The staff was very polite and nice.
The place was somehow not well maintained (chipped wall, dirt marks on the wall upstairs and the bathroom had a dodgy look). There was only one bathroom with shower (the apartment had 2 bathrooms) insufficient for 5 adults. The place needed some cleaning although the bedsheets and towels were clean.
A nice apartment that has a very decent location. We were two couples and we were comfortable staying here, with a great value for your money. The manager (Marcelo) was extremely helpful in making our stay pleasurable.
The apartment could use some minor upgrades in decor, kitchen supplies, and toilet facilities.
I thought Naipi Apart was a great value for Puerto Iguazu. It was really nice having a whole apartment with big table to plan our day from, as well as a refrigerator, coffee maker, and comfortable beds. There was a little outdoor patio area in the back, with a grill, plus a big sink and drying rack, which was nice to have. There were several air conditioning units, all nice and functional. Marcelo was very helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. When we first got there, he spent 20 minutes with us as we asked him questions about the park, restaurants, etc. (He also emailed me in advance and arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, which I recommend. That turned out to be much cheaper than getting a cab from the airport when we arrived.)
The location is about 6 blocks from downtown, at least a 15-minute walk. There are a couple of restaurants and supermarkets very close by. But going out farther for a little more variety felt a little daunting after a long day at the waterfalls.
The apartment we rented had two bedrooms and was big enough for six people, so it was very spacious for just my wife and I. Marcelo, the manager, was a gem: anything we asked for he supplied, even a toaster. The place was convenient to a supermarket and to the bus stop for the bus to Iguazu Falls. The beds were comfortable, there were all the kitchen supplies we needed to make our own meals when we wanted. A little pricey with only two of us staying there, but excellent value for two or three couples staying together.
The only thing that bothered us was the noise of the occasional motorbike roaring by in the early hours of the morning: even Marcelo couldn't do anything about that.
I liked the space and comfort of a home instead of a hotel. 2 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, kitchen with appliances, cookware, and plates, cups, etc. to cook or bbq there. There is a supermarket less than 2 blocks away if you want to buy and make your own food. If you want to eat out there are a couple of nice restaurants nearby. The center of the city starts 5 blocks away and has plenty of restaurants and shopping. The Cataratas del Iguazu is about 30 minutes away. Avis car rental is 2 blocks away or there is a bus stop across the street from the supermarket where you can walk to ride the bus or take a cab. The apartment manager Marcelo is very friendly and helpful with excursion options and reliable transportation. Puerto Iguazu casino is also walking distance.
I liked everything about the apartment; I didn't like that the stores, even the big supermarket, close at 1pm and re-open at 4 pm everyday ( and supermarket closed all day Sundays)
