A localização do hotel é otima. Pedi um quarto para não fumantes no momento da reserva, porem quando entramos no quarto o cheiro de cigarro era evidente apesar de haver uma plaquinha dizendo que era de não-fumantes. pedimos pra trocar e fomos atendidos prontamente. |

A localização é perfeita (central), bem próximo da Casa Rosada. Tivemos um problema na entrada (quarto estava sujo e desarrumado). Ganhamos um up grade. Daí fiquei sabendo das outras opções de apartamentos (maiores). |

O pessoal que presta serviços e atendimento na portaria é totalmente impessoal,deficiente,ruim de serviço e pouco interessado.Hotel é julgado pela eficiencia dos seus funcionários na prestação de serviços e atendimento.Então..........Para se ter uma idéia tive que retirar pessoalmente a bagagem do apartamento aonde fui instalado por falta de atendimento da portaria por telefone e pessoalmente.Só sabem cadastrar o hóspede na entrada e cobrar na sua saida.Se toda a rede NH disponibilizar este tipo de atendimento irão perder rapidamente o prestigio e imagem conquistados com muito trabalho.Estrelas,se não forem cuidadas vão embora. |
