Our room was very large and comfortable, clean and well maintained, except for a slight odor throughout the hotel of cleaning agents. Otherwise, the hotel is located just 2 blocks from a major pedestrian thoroughfare with lots of shopping and restaurants. The main plaza is very close as well. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but when are continental b'fasts ever worth much. In all, a very good value for the money. As noted above, the very slight odor of cleaning agents. |

Me gusto el ambiente, la habitacion, me gusto mucho que sea un hotel que este pendiente del cuidado del ambiente..... la ducha era muy estrecha para bañarse 2 personas |

La ubicación es muy buena, céntrica. El desayuno es bastante completo. La atención del personal fue muy buena, muy amable. Fui a ver el gimnasio y el spa y se me quitaron las ganas de hacerme un masaje. Esperaba más. El gimnasio es una habitación mediana... la piscina, nada especial. No era un lugar acogedor. La habitación no era nada especial. Hemos estado en mejores lugares por el mismo precio. |

Su ubicación y las instalaciones en general. La falta de control en los aseos y preparación de la habitación. Al efeectuar el reclamo en recepción, habilitan la pieza acorde a lo que contratas. |

Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, ótima localização, quarto bastante amplo, vaga para carro. O hotel não liga o ar condicionado central no outono, então nosso quarto ficou bastante abafado. Tentamos abrir as janelas, mas havia muito barulho na rua. Passamos um pouco de calor... Preço razoável, mas com os impostos e taxas fica um pouco caro. |

Excelente localização, perto do centro e das ruas comerciais, dispensando autos ou ônibus e propiciando segurança. Staff atencioso, quartos confortáveis. Aumentar esteiras no Fitness. Melhorar demanda de comida no desayuno. |
