The Hotel were friendly,the breakfast buffet was good,well stocked. The Hotel is old.It was obviously very grand at one point and they are fixing it up but I was really bothered by the mold/musty smell in this Hotel.So if you suffer with alergies this is not the Hotel for you.It is also so very big that it does not have a cozy /relaxing feeling to it.When we stayed there Dec/ 09 they did not have the pool or terrace available to us.It was too early in there summer season to have this ready for our use.So be aware that what is stated as available on the website is not the case once you arrive.We were very disappointed at this since we booked the hotel because of the pool and the pretty terrace.They did upgrade us to a better room but we were not there to stay in our rooms so it was not much of a consulation. |

Very centrally located! The hotel is absolutely huge and under renovation. It would have been nice if the rooms available were a little bit closer to the lifts and reception instead of at the other side of the building! And some hotel phones to reach reception on the various floors and locations - our room key didn't work and we had to get it reactivated - would have been welcome given the distances. |

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is also very good. There are a lot of services that are not working yet. For example The valet parking, the swimming pool and the spa. |

das personal war sehr sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. nach einem besuch im sheraton in mar del plata, wo der service sehr sehr enttäuschend war, war es eine freude in 'unser' hotel zurückzukehren. wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt !! die halle, wo das frühstück und dinner serviert wird wirkt sehr kalt. da wäre sicher noch handlungsbedarf. |

No esta aún en condiciones de recibir huespedes. Carece de muebles en areas publicas. Las habitaciones standard no tienen agua caliente.El parking esta ubicado a 2 cuadras y no cuenta con servicio de valet parking. |

Nos ha gustado la habitacion en particular, pues el resto de los ambientes nos ha parecido un poco vacios, incluso muchos detalles de falta de terminacion o reciclado poco prolijo. Ejemplo zocalos. Le falta gerenciamiento. Me parecio poco criterioso mantener la puerta que da al mar cerrada por razones de seguridad durante el dia en un fin de semana largo donde supuestamente hay movimiento. Los pisos de los pasillos son de madera y producen mucho ruido cuando es caminado por personas que usan taco. La alfombra del 5 piso tiene solamente 20/30 metros. Deberia cubrir todos los pasillos. |

Nos pareció lamentable que no tuviera los servicios mìnimos de las cinco estrellas y que los pocos servicios que tienen fueran pésimos como el buffete que no existía los días que ellos consideraban que no tenían los huespedes suficientes que fueron la mayoría, el baño de la habitación estaba mal atendido, no reponian los articulos de tocador, ni prestaban atención a los arreglos propios de una habitación de la categoría anunciada. |
