NH Gran Hotel Provincial  

The front desk staff was wonderful. I had repeated problems with the wifi connectivity but the hotel responded each time very promptly and assisted me to change my room after one outage. They were helpful with restaurant reservations and generally a pleasure to deal with. The location is great.

As mentioned above, the wifi was very unreliable and the routers seemed to lose their connection with the internet at least a few times per day. Also, housekeeping banged on my door every morning before 9am despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door and twice even came into the room after they woke me up and I told them to go away. The common areas are a bit "dated" and lack character (bad Stalinist architecture came to mind). But my room was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic.

Exelente atencion y confort

Our stay at the NHGP was really enjoyable. We extended our time there from a few days to a week. The room was very spacious (we had the superior extra large double...the bed was huge, maybe larger than a king). I saw the standard double and for the extra money I would upgrade to the superior. Bathroom amenities and bedroom clothing storage area were excellent. The room had incredibly high ceilings and was extra large, so with only a bed night tables, a desk and a chair, it appeared spartan, but that is only a minor detail. The location on the beach and epi center of all the town's acitivities was incredible. At about 7pm every evening there were so many street performers and it was a very exciting place to be. Beach chairs and an umbrella were included in the room price, but the cost of the outdoor ( on the beach pool) was $50 per day for an umbrella and 4 chairs and use of the pool. The inddoor pool and jacuzzi were free. The breakfast buffet for cold food was incredible, with lots of fruits, cereals, pastries, juices, toasts, cheese and meat. The hot items were bacon and eggs. Coffee service was excellent as well. We did not have any other meals at the hotel so I cannot comment on that, but we were within walking distance to a myriad of restaurants at all price levels. I know that there were a number of comments on several web sites about this hotel being deserted. But when we were there at the beginning of February..the high season, the hotel breakfast room was full every morning, though not overly crowded, the elevators busy, and lots of evidence of people in the hotel. I could imagine that in low season, the hotel would seem emply because the lobby is cavernous and the hallways and common areas are the most spacious that I have seen anywhere in the world.

Ya habia estado en el hotel y por ese motivo decidimos volver, ya que nos parecio muy bueno.

El edificio es historico la habitacion es muy buena, y el personal se esmera en la atencion

Tuve problemas con la reserva,hay ungran descuido en el mantenimiento y en los detalles, el desayuno es bueno pero no a la altura del hotel

El NH Provincial es un hotel extraordinario reciclado de la epoca del Arq. Bustillo. Tiene todo el "glam" de un hotel de la epoca de oro de la Argentina, hoy reciclado. A mi gusto debería seguir con el mantenimiento ya que hay zonas un tanto deterioradas.

Como les dije... hay que seguir con el mantenimiento del hotel porque al ser una hotel de vieja data necesita de ese manteimiento

Las dimensiones de la habitacion y la cama,

El nivel de desayuno y habiendome hospedado los primero dias de marzo no puedo entender como cierran las puertas de acceso directo a a la playa y te piden que des toda la vuelta por la calle. No me gusto y por eso me quede una sola noche que la ducha del baño moja todo el piso. Esta buena la remodelacion pero tiene muchos detalles, por el precio de la habitacion

Todo.- Estoy encantado.- Felicitaciones.- Sugerencia: Nunca entró la reserva por booking a la pantalla de la computadora del nh hotel Provincial, por lo que tuve que confirmar reserva telefónicamente en forma directa al hotel.-

Se debe solucionar urgente el problema detallado en el párrafo anterior.-

Me gusto la atencion del personal

Me parece que el estacionamiento y la pileta descubierta deberian estar dentro del precio del hotel

Excelentes instalaciones, con un personal capacitado para una excelente atención del pasajero. Tranquilidad y dimensiones de las habitaciones. Dimensiones de todos lo ambientes del hotel, que no dejan dudas que fue construído en otra época.- Maravilloso.

La carta del Restaurante es muy limitada, considero muy altos los precios de los vinos.- De todas manera, en cuanto a la calidad de lo ofertado, es excelente.-

Limpieza del sector de carpas

Es un hotel antiguo pero que se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones, las habitaciones son grandes y muy cómodas, la atención dispensada fue muy buena.el personal amable, cordial y bien predispuesto para solucionar los problemas.

Lo que no me gustó nada, fue que la reserva que efectuamos a través de Booking no había sido informada al hotel, por lo cual al llegar a El, debí reenviar a la recepción la confirmación que llegó a mi correo y recién ahí nos permitieron el ingreso.Además, según vuestra página no contábamos con algunos servicios como acceso a las carpas en la playa y a la pileta climatizada entre otros.Pero la recepcionista respetó nuestro pedido de Habitación doble superior y el precio de booking, informándonos que disponíamos de mayores servicios a los contratados a través de ustedes. Tuvimos suerte porque tenían habitaciones disponibles y por eso nos asignaron la que queríamos, pero esa falla de comunicación entre ustedes es muy grave y provoca muchos trastornos
