The hotel is in a central location and the staff were helpful when we asked for their assistance.

The rooms are fairly small and basic. The bed was cheap and uncomfortable.

It was a convenient location. The breakfasts were good and we had one dinner at the hotel that was good. It was a nice alternative to looking for a restaurant away from the hotel. We appreciated the free internet service. Very accommodating about storing our luggage.

We were given a smoking room at first and had to move. That should be confirmed with the guest at the time of check-in. No view.

I expected a business hotel based on reviews I read, but the hotel was very nice and the staff were accomodating.

Nein, ich war sehr zufrieden

Das Zimmer war großzügig, modern und einladend. Es gab kostenlosen Internetzugang. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, hat uns jeden Abend unserern Wagen in die Hotelgarage gefahren und bei Bedarf wieder an den Hoteleingang zurück gebracht (kostenlos). Das Frühstück war rechhaltig, die Lage war sehr zentral, aus unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss.

Es gab keine richtigen Bettdecken, sondern, wie leider häufig im Süden üblich, lediglich ein Leintuch mit einer Wolldecke. In Punkto Sauberkeit (Reinigung Parkettboden vorallem in den Ecken, Fensterscheibe, Sikonstreifen im Bad) besteht noch Handlungsbedarf.

La atención en cuanto a asistencia a los pasajeros con las maletas al llegar y al dejar el hotel es inexistente. El desayuno en la habitación se vuelve carísimo si el pasajero desea por ejemplo solamente una ensalada de frutas adicional.
