The room was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. We did request a double room but were given a twin. We did ask if this could be changed but this was not possible until following day. In view of the time between booking and our stay I would have thought it would be possible to give us what we ordered. Especially as double rooms are only twin beds put together. We did not accept change on next day as our stay was short and did not want to waste time changing. |

Very convenient to shopping and city sights. The pervasiveness of the smell of smoke was in the bedclothes. |

reception staff were eager to prpfide accurate and reliable information in a good English. Food and wine at the restaurant were more than adequate. The glass window at the entrance was broken. |

I'd really enjoy staying there because it was really in Cordoba downtown. It was only 2 blocks aways from the "Plaza Olmos" which is a nice mall and also like 14 blocks (really walking distance) to "Nuevo Centro" Shopping Mall. Also it was close to Museums and good restaurants. That they don't make any difference between smoking and non-smoking rooms. When we first got in, we were assigned to a room which was impregnated of cigarette, but we were lucky they could move us to another room which good good! Also they don't have full beds. They gave us a room with two twins which we put together and all of the sudden we had a king bed all for us. Since I am a very easy person, I could stand that! |

Lo único que me gustó fué el precio y la persona que me atendió a la llegada. El desayuno muy pobre. La atencion al cliente nula excepto el día de llegada. Típico hotel en decadencia |

O ar condicionado, o tamanho da cama de casal e o espaço no banheiro O chuveiro dentro da banheira e o serviço de camareira (não atende ao telefone, a limpeza do chão pode ser melhorada e não substituiu sabonete, além de levar embora o pequeno pedaço que tinha no banheiro) |

la localización ya que está en el centro de la ciudad a dos pasos de la zona histórica y la zona comercial Ser un hotel pretencioso ya que no lo mantienen, está lleno de cosas rotas y estropeadas, una pena.El desayuno de mala calidad y escaso. Nos recomendaron un restaurante que era penoso, horrible, no parece que estén bien informados de lo que recomiendan. |

A localização do hotel é boa, mas achei que a política do hotel é um tanto antipática. Cheguei as 5:00 a.m. e disse que poderia esperar até às 8:00 para entrar no quarto. O funcionário disse que embora houvesse muitos quartos vazios, eu só poderia entrar às 12:00, caso contrário deveria pagar mais uma diária. Eu lhe disse que sairia no mesmo horário que cheguei e, nem porisso teria desconto. Sim, uma política mais maleável e simpática, pois é isso que nos faz sentir bem. |
