The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for the most part, good facilities (kitchinette, fridge etc).

The room cleanliness was not good - old coffee left in the filter of the machine, floor not very clean, hot water took forever to come in and was only warm. There was no shuttle bus to the airport as advertised; the internet didn't work properly, and they charged me 15 pesos for the loan of an adapter to charge my laptop, for about half an hour!

The hotel staff were more than pleasant and in my view went above and beyond to help me as a guest.

The hot tub area is not the least bit inviting or desireable for use. The area is overlooked by surrounding apartments and businesses and gives the spa area a run down and not so private feeling.

The comfort of the room, the excellent shower in the bathroom.

The hotel was new and clean. The location was only ok.....a little sketcher part of town.

Great value for money! Clean and well appointed. Rooms are a bit small, but I wasn't planning to stay in the room all day. Nice breakfast and altogether a worthwhile place to stay when visiting BA for a few days. Reasonably central - short taxi ride to the main tourist areas in BA. You could walk to town if you wanted to (longish walk). Large supermarket two blocks away. I would stay here again.

It's noisy, but that's probably true for all of BA. Surrounding area not the best, but also not unsafe. I felt comfortable walking to the local shops and taxis and buses are close by.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room looked smart and clean.

There were a few instances where a little attention to detail would have helped: we had a cooker, but no pans with which to cook. The laundry service was ridiculously over-priced. The area was a little far from central and felt a little bit dangerous on a night time; taxis were easy to book and inexpensive though.

we had an outside room on 2nd floor. very noisy as hotel is on crossroads and the traffic was terrible. however we were moved, at our request, when we extended our stay. another complaint we made was on the second night the cleaners were cleaning and polishing the floors at 3.30 am. We were not impressed but the reception did ask them to stop, which they did immediately.

The staff was excellent and very helpful at all times. The cleaniness of the hotel at all times was amazing, it was almost like they had 1 crew following another.

Location was bad with alot of street noise and away from everything interesting. The mattress sucked, soft like someone had just stuck a bunch of foam pieces in it. The shower was coffin size. The hotel gave me a price of $36 for airport transfer, the driver charged me $45 and that was after waiting for a half hour for him, told front ndesk, NOTHING.

I like as I said almost every thing. The front desk staff during the morning they were profesional but too tense and did not smile. Recuerden que el primer contacto de un pasajero y su hotel es muy importante.no deseo que lo tomen como una critica mala.........muypor el contrario me gustaria volver pronto y asi lo hare..

Offers an unmatched relationship between price and quality. The attention given to room cleanness is also remarkable. Functional rooms that could be used for long stay.

The triple room is too small. The area is not as safe as some in BA. The work being undertaken caused us to change hotel.
