Though well located in Palermo, is a bit far off from the center. The SPA was not working yet...

There may be a slight advantage over large hotels which can sometimes be relatively impersonal.

The hotel has only been open for 4 months and there are some problems. In our opinion it has been opened too hastily. There were plumbing problems in our room, resulting in a 'drill-like noise' from wind in the pipes. On the final night of our stay, this noise disturbed our sleep and the toilet began to leak, To compensate, the management refunded that night's stay. The breakfast arrangement was bizarre as it was served on coffee tables near the bar area. They did not have orange juice one morning and each continental breakfast was served individually which made no sense from an efficiency viewpoint. We weren't told that cereal/ojuice or yoghurt were available, as they offered croissants, fruit and coffee/tea as a standard breakfast.

persoonlijke benadering, mooie kamer op de 1e verd met prive patio.

kamer was niet op tijd schoon gemaakt, bijv na terugkeer om 5 uur s'middags geen schoonmaak geweest. Slordig en geen excuus. Het ontbijt is niet conform de prijs van hotel en 30 min wachten op koffie en wat toastjes is veel. douche niet goed geisoleerd, water liep de kamer in.
