Great location with a fabulous cafe across the street.
This modern hotel is in a perfect location. The staff have been very helpful and friendly. We loved being 5mis walking to San telmo and the pink house. All hotels should take note, as here, is how it should always be done.
Personnel is kind
That I coud hardly sleep due to the havy noise other guests were doing on my floor abut 1 am , which woke me up. It took them about an our to stop them , I didn t have even a pencil to write nor a desk for my notebook..It cant be cmpared wit Moreno Buenos AiresHotel at the same rate
Muy bien ubicado y muy bonito
Las habitaciones son muy simples
Welcoming staff and the price.
There was no coffee or tea arrangement for the rooms. Fixtures fell down as soon as I tried to open the blinds. Bathroom bulb was fused and I had to use desk lamp for brush and trim beard. Breakfast arrangement was in a restaurant across the street where the hotel is, it was not great.
Location and breakfast were brilliant. Loved our stay
Was a bit noisy
Location was great.
The hotel was disorganised. Whilst we booked Unique Hotel San Telmo via booking.com on the last night the hotel informed us that this hotel was booked out and they moved us to another hotel, Unique Hotel Madero. This hotels location was not as convenient, the air conditioning wasn't working in our room, so we had to change rooms... However the second rooms air conditioner also did not work. The bed was also not made properly, ie no fitted sheet, only a top sheet. When we went to pay for our stay we were charged more than we expected... As on booking.com the price was in us dollars and the exchange rate they charged us to convert it to Pesos was well above the official exchange rate. Ie the official exchange rate for USD/pesos is 1:8, however they claimed that their exchange rate was 1:9.5 and therefore demanded more pesos.
very friendly staff, always willing to help
Clean and modern rooms, good location,
The staff was friendly and the room was big enough
We could hear our neighbours, very thin walls. Bathroom was a bit small and breakfast was not great.
Good location (convenient to subway, major sites). Breakfast was at a restaurant across the street and was quite good. Exchange your US dollars at front desk for good rate and no fake bills!
Not too many restaurants right outside but enough selection within 5-10 minute walk. It's in one of the most historic parts of town ("historic charm" also means a little run down). The hotel itself was either brand new or recently renovated. I liked the neighborhood but some people might be put off by said "historic charm". ;)
location client-oriented and responsive reception and staff quality-price ratio
the tap was dripping and bad water pressure in shower
excellent service, and the location very convenient
clean, good location, staff very helpful, for the rate I paid and as a solo traveller, did the job. Certainly nothing special though
breakfast for fairly ordinary, noisy until 3am outside but may not be a regular occurance.
The location and staff was perfect! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
The rooms are clean, slick and modern... I like that. Quality of workmanship and materials (especially in the bathroom) are low so things are looking a little tired before it's time. Without my glasses on all was perfect!!
Our room has a double bed plus a low-quality extra bed, but we have booked a room for 3 adults. The room hasn't a desk for the computer. The bathroom is small and has few places to put wet towels and clothes.
Location and linen
Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The rooms were nice enough, had a good view, but the walls were quite thin so you could here the neighbours tv. The location is great being right near the plaza de mayo. My biggest problem was when it came time to pay the bill as they tried to charge us with a very poor exchange rate, when I enquirer as to what rate they were using, and how that wasn't the official rate they changed the bill after.
Location and staff
The room was designed by a mix of dwarf and vampire: The bathroom sink is very low, and I have to bend to brush my teeth. The room is very dark, and that makes difficult to see what is inside of the bags and impossible to read on the bed. The breakfast is far bellow the level of the hotel.
Modern, clean hotel The location is close to metro and touristic locations Staff is very helpful
There was an electric shut down for one day. Even though I don't think that is something common, in my opinion, hotels, at this level, should have generators
The doors are flimsy and do not extend all the way to the ground; as a result, I could hear the elevator (which was in front of my room) announce "Piso 8" every time it went past. Free wifi is available only in the lobby.
The staff was terrific.
Absolutely beautifully presented. Located 600 mtrs from the Plaza de Mayo, which is the main square in the Monserrat barrio of central Buenos Aires. Staff are very helpful.
No hot water on our 7th floor!
Une petite table Dans la chambre
Nice rooms and friendly staff.
Poor noise isolation, it is not a noisy neighborhood but you can hear any loud noise at the street or in other rooms.
Very friendly staff.
No bar or coffee making facility in room. Also very noisy. Walls are like paper and the corridors....sound travels
