My husband, daughter and I really liked the exceptionally friendly, courteous, helpful staff. It was wonderful that the desk staff all spoke English. The location was excellent. The internet service was a big help. |

I liked the room. nicely decorated, with a nice bed, bathroom and dinning/kitchen place. good value for the money payed. The hotel is nice and the service is good. However the breakfast should have more options. it was good coffe and food but too little options. |

The staff was amazing and so helpful. The suites were beyond our expectations. The rooms were so clean and had everything you could possibly need. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean. The room we had looked out onto the back garden and was very quiet and the view was relaxing. If you have young children there is no cot available you have either pay for a three person suite or have them sleep in the bed with you. |

When checking the hotels, I saw many reviews on the poor breakfast. I stayed there on mid feb 2009 and let me adv that the breakfast has improved dramatically. You had several options and everything was fresh. Excelent breakfast. The location is good. 6 blocks away from los bosques de Palermo. 15 blocks away from Palermo Soho and aprox 7 blocks from Las canitas. Rooms where clean, big and quiet. |

The rooms were great. It was very spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and the service of the staff was great. Breakfast in the room came too early so they woke us up. It also wasn't that great. |

Location is very good, Palermo is my favourite neighborhood in Buenos Aires. The apartment itself is modern with plenty of space and a balcony with a great view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had only positive experiences with this hotel. |

The location is great. Close to the subway which links direct to the shopping malls and the central city. Also in area with nice parks and a safe area to walk. |

the room was very nice, new furniture and equipment, extremely comfortable beds, silent, wifi perfectly working and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it. the breakfast could be improved with fresh milk and fresh bread |

Good location and excellent staff! The rooms are very quiet and breakfast is served until 11:am. Rooms have wifi and a complimentary computer is in the lobby. The double bed is very small. |
