Le confort. La proximite du metro. Le caractere des sevriables des personnes a l'accueil de l'hotel. Le bar a vins. L'odeur dans la salle de bain (egout). Vraiment le seul point negatif. Tout le reste etait parfait, |

Le personnel est super gentil, l' ambience de très bon goût Le personnel n'est pas assez préparé. Le petit déjèneur ne correspond pas a un hotel 4*, il en manque des fruits, trop simples. La salle de ain devrait avoir un box, pas un rideau plastique ça ne s'utilise plus. |

Great location near restaurants and happening Palermo Soho. Also within walking distance to the metro -- although cabs are easy to find an inexpensive as well. |

Silent room, only 4 rooms per floor No varity in breakfast for a stay of 8 days it will be bored. There is no difference if you stay one night or 8 nights, however ar longer stays they do not give the every day service, like fresh water in the room, or sufficient towels. When I asked for it, they provided us. In the guestreviews I learned there was a wirlpool on the roof, it wasnot mentioned in the folder and we didnot see that. We would have used that for sure if we knew on forehand, as we missed a pool or a nice place outside to relax. |

Hotel was very clean and presentable. The position is not in the best area of town but fine for the city tourist. overall i would stay here again. |

Attentive staff, beautiful decor, they looked after me until 10pm the next day when i had to go to the airport My choice of location, given I was in Buenos Aires for 1 night, i should have stayed in the city. Wait time at breakfast. |

Very comfortable bed, nicely furnished. Staff was very helpful, holding our bags for 2 days when we took a side trip. Street noise was a bit loud, but quieted down at night, and didn't bother us for sleeping. |

The hotel was excellent. Close to the subway, all the entertainment in Palermo and the park system. The rooms themselves were very clean, nicely decorated, and contained a small kitchen/fridge/stove. The front desk was helpful with suggestions and booking us taxis. We stayed in Buenos Aires twice and stayed in this hotel both times. |

Very comfortable and large rooms, great bed, possiblity of doing a coffee/tea in the kitchenette (or even cooking if one wants). 10 blocks (15 mn walking) from nice restaurants/shopping area (Plaza Serrano). Good breakfast (when it works... see below). The block where the hotel is situated is not the best (buzzy Av. Santa Fé, 12 lanes, just beside) but the insonorisation of windows is very good so don't panick. Palermo Soho nice areas starts just 5-6 blocks from the Hotel. On the opposite direction, there is not far the Zoo and the Botanical Garden and other nice parks when you got your CO2 daily overdose. Very bad management concerning the breakfast. In spite of a very good breakfast, one servant cannot deal with all the customers. It's fine when threre are up to 10 customers, otherwise is chaos. And when chaos arrives then they call the cleaning ladies, mecanicien to help... And... one day butter finnished and two days were not enough to find more butter (unbelievable!) and what a pity. |

The design, the closeness to the subway, the helpful English-speaking staff. Kitchen not well equipped for food preparation (no cutting knifes or wooden spoons), fridge was too loud to sleep, so we had to turn it off. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the layout of the rooms was perfect for a weekend trip to Buenos Aires. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch. Internet was slow at times. |

The staff is excellent, going out of their way to help in any and all situations. Location gives access to all of Buenos Aires The problem with the internet /wi-fi getting to work with my companies' VPN. |

My husband, daughter and I really liked the exceptionally friendly, courteous, helpful staff. It was wonderful that the desk staff all spoke English. The location was excellent. The internet service was a big help. |

I liked the room. nicely decorated, with a nice bed, bathroom and dinning/kitchen place. good value for the money payed. The hotel is nice and the service is good. However the breakfast should have more options. it was good coffe and food but too little options. |

The staff was amazing and so helpful. The suites were beyond our expectations. The rooms were so clean and had everything you could possibly need. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean. The room we had looked out onto the back garden and was very quiet and the view was relaxing. If you have young children there is no cot available you have either pay for a three person suite or have them sleep in the bed with you. |
