Great place for a reasonable price in the heart of Palermo Hollywood with plenty of great and not too pricey restaurants and nice places to go out in the night. There are both, fashionable and simpler places. The appartments are very well equipped with a very nice "portero". There's also a bakery in the corner (which opens at 8) to get some croissants for breakfast. It's a bit noisy in the night with loads of young people hanging out. Neither there is any food service, so if you didn't get anything for breakfast in advance (not to forget that supermarkets close about 9 p.m.) be ready to have your morning coffee in some cafe which open on week-ends about 10-11, or even 12 on Sundays. Also it's not in a walking distance (it'd take about 30-40 minutes) from the shopping area of Palermo (Plaza Serrano, Palremo Viejo, Palermo Soho). In the case one still preffers to walk, there's a railway to be crossed (better by Honduras).

La decoración y la amplitud, su balcon y la cocina. hubiera preferido contar con camas y no con un sofa que se hace cama. Que es un departamento en alquiler, no un apart hotel. hay que agendar horario de llegada y de salida específicamente. El parking cercano te obliga a dejar las llaves del coche. No pudieron efectuar el cobro del alojamiento con la tarjeta informada en booking, asique procedí a dar otra, con la cual tampoco pudieron hacerlo.... lo cual es imposible por el nivel y lúmite de la tarjeta. A 5 minutos de irnos , me llaman que tenía que pagar en efectivo U$S 293 a $ 7 por dólar, argumentaban que la central de Booking está en el exterior. Obviamente soy argentina, conozco las normas cambiarias, me resistí . Corroboré que el pago no hubiera ingresado a mi tarjeta y procedí al pago en efectivo a dólar oficial. Esto me pareció una mala jugada.

el apto se encuentra muy bien ubicado (muy buena zona Y serca de una parada del subte Y del tren) hay varios restaurantes A pocas cuadras Y es muy tranquilo. nota para los venezolanos: solo puede pagar con los cupos electronicos

Arevalo suites esta muy bien ubicado cerca de todos los bares y restorant, ademas de los cafes. Es muy comodo y limpio y los espacios estan muy bien distribuidos. La atencion de la dueña fue muy buena, amable y preocupada si presentabamos problemas. Las camadas muy comodas incluso el sofa cama del living El unico problema fue el servicio de internet que no pudimos conectarnos, pero todo lo demas muy bien.

No es un hotel !!! es un apartamento. Como tal, muy amplio y cómodo y bien equipado. Buenos muebles, tv, wi-fi. Muy buena actitud y disposición de quien te hace el check-in. Respondieron a un reclamo de forma inmediata. ¡¡¡ que no es un hotel !!! no hay personal. Sólo una encargada que te hace el check-in & out, pero hay que combinar con ella. Muy amable y accesible. No limpian la habitación durante tu estancia.

Lokatie is top met warme bakker voor de deur en heerlijk koffietentje met geweldig gebak. De temperatuur in het appartement was niet te regelen waardoor het erg warm was Verder was er weinig serviesgoed.
