The hotel is old, but very comfortable. Great breakfast, clean, fantastic location, nice view from the Lake Nahuel Huapi. Gym and pool were working properly. We were a group of friends and they booked rooms on the same floor. The price we got on booking was fantastic. It´s in the heart where the nightlife happens in Bariloche. They should replace those old TVS to LED and service was behind the expected, mainly from one front desk lady who was a little bit rude and antipathetic.

The hotel is quite near the downtown area where most of the city life is. It's a reasonably confortable hotel, a bit too old though (it hasn't been renewed lately). Breakfast is quite decent and the hotel offers several facilities (like spa, gym and pool - all of which we didn't use, as this was not the purpose of our trip). They charge for the wi-fi service which I believe as a gesture of good will should be complimentary. When checking-in they tried to charge us the new rate (higher than the one when we had made our reservation through booking.com). Eventually they agreed with the lower rate. Had we not insisted on it they would have charged us with the higher one.

Excelente trato del personal, muy atentos en todo. El hotel tiene la infraestructura de un 5 estrellas. Los sommiers eran viejos y resultaron muy incomodos. Solicite un servicio de masajes en el Spa un dia domingo y me dijeron que no era posible ese dia. De los 3 asensores, solo uno funcionaba el fin de semana que estuve y se tornama muy molesto por la espera. Si bien el desayuno era completo, si uno quería un upgrade debía pagar la diferencia, cosa que nunca me paso en otros hoteles de similar categoria.

חדר גדול ומרווח, ארוחת בוקר משביעה ועשירה. חייבים לשלם על השימוש באינטרנט. החנייה אינה כלולה בהזמנה בוודאות אלא ניתנת על בסיס מקום פנוי.

nada por ser 5 estrellas el servicio de habitación malo, no hay limpieza, demoras en el arreglo de las habitaciones, para el uso de la pileta no tiene batas, pobre el desayuno.

La falta de capacidad para atender a la cantidad de gente que albergaron, totalmente desbordado, Habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, mal humor de muchos de los empleados, sin lugar para estacionar, (cuando te lo venden con estacionamiento) pésimo, pésimo, no volvería nunca más

Buenas instalaciones pero falta mantenimiento. Buena ubicación. Excelente piscina en el piso 10. Buena limpieza en general. Impresionante vista al lago. Poco personal. El hotel tiene 300 piezas y.... 16 cocheras disponibles, el resto de los autos debe quedar "en la calle" a veces hasta a 2 cuadras de distancia (un disparate para un 5 estrellas).

La ciudad de Bariloche y alrededores. La comida Estoy segura que al hacer mi reserva marque la opcion de Panamericano Bariloche porque estaba muy cerca del lago, y marque habitacion superior con vista al lago y, finalmente estuve en el Panamericano a secas y en una habitacion con vista a la calle de atras del lago. estacionamientos escasos

Al ir en temporada baja no estaba repleto el hotel por lo que recibimos siempre una excelente atención, tanto en recepción, como room service y housekeeping. Solicitamos cambio de habitación ya que la contratada era sin vista al lago, e inmediatamente nos cambiaron a una con vista al lago Nahuel Huapi. Valen la pena las habitaciones con vista al lago y no hay tanta diferencia de costo con las que no dan al mismo. Siempre conseguimos lugar en el estacionamiento. El desayuno y las comidas en general muy ricas y abundantes. Considero que no es un hotel que esté al nivel de 5 estrellas tal como se publica, deberían recategorizarlo. Las habitaciones que exponen en las fotos al hacer las reservas distan completamente de las habitaciones reales que uno esta contratando. Las imágenes que se ven corresponden a las suites y no a las habitaciones standard. El mobiliario es anticuado y el hotel en general necesitaría una remodelación total de sus habitaciones y lugares comunes.

El Spa y su entorno Muy buena infraestructura del hotel en general. Deficiente limpieza de la habitación. En 11 días de estadía solamente nos cambiaron las sabanas una vez. Olvido de reponer las toallas. Olvido de llamarnos a nuestro pedido p/una excursión. El servicio de internet debería ser sin cargo.

El personal fue atento y deferente. La calidad de Hotel 5 estrellas no corresponde. Un hotel antiguo, mal aseado, con poco personal, filtración de agua en el baño, hongos de humedad en la habitación. El desayuno muy básico y el comedor siempre sucio. Nos debimos cambiar.

El diseño de interiores motiva la relajación y el placer Lo elegí -entre otras cosas-por contar con piano bar, con espacios que yo suponía serían de recreación. No hubo nada de eso, no hubo "piano", nunca reuniones musicales, culturales, recreativas. Es una pena que un lugar tan equipado para ésto no cuente con un gerente que se ocupe de actividades artísticas. Encontré esta falencia enorme en Bariloche, que no cuenta con actividades culturales para los veraneantes, sólo algunas excepcionales. Uds. Teniendo semejantes espacios podrían pagarle a músicos y artistas y recrear no sólo a sus propios viajeros sino a los que visitan esa hermosa ciudad. Ojalá lo tengan en cuenta. Gracias

La habitación en la que nos hospedamos, 301, nada tenía que ver con las que publican en Booking.com. Los muebles eran anticuados, al igual que los azulejos y artefactos del baño. El colchón estaba hundido y el frigobar no funcionaba. El personal es amable, pero claramente no tienen estándares de calidad básicos (ejemplo venir a hacer una nueva llave de la habitación y no golpear la puerta o tener servicio de turndown un día si y otro no). Le plantéamos el tema con la habitación al gerente de recepción la noche anterior a irnos: No nos pidió disculpas, nos discutió que había diferentes categorías de habitaciones y la nuestra era standard (no pretendíamos vista al lago, pero algo que se parezca a las fotos publicadas) y que nosotros eramos quienes no habíamos hecho los reclamos a tiempo. Nos ofreció cambiar de habitación esa misma noche, aunque no aceptamos ya que estábamos cansados. Al check out estaba al lado nuestro y ni siquiera nos saludó.

Que nos hayan alojado en un anexo, alejados de todos los buenos servicios que promociona el Hotel. El desayuno no cumple con el nivel de un Hotel 5 estrellas. Huvo días que nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría - hotel 5 estrellas - En la habitación había una caja fuerte, sin codificación y con llave....por supuesto la llave se había perdido y no tuvimos forma de guardar cosas de valor en nuestra habitación - hotel 5 estrellas - El Hotel no cuenta con un estacionamiento para la cantidad de familias con vehículo que se alojan en el Hotel. Además, no siempre estaba abierto, disponible para sacar o estacionar el vehículo - hotel 5 estrellas....
