The Staff were genuine and helpful. The location is central and convenient. The hotel was 5 stars probably in the 1970'S. The charges are still current to 2013 while the building not. The breakfast was possibly the worst I have ever encountered at a "so-called" 5 star establishment.....My recommendation avoid!!!

Loved the hotel. The staff were a great help especially for an English speaking guest. Need the concierge desk open everyday, it was only staffed a couple of days during our stay on Easter week.

The best location of Buenos Aires ...You can watch magnificent view from the hotel terrace... Hotel services are also not bad at all. Breakfast is vey poor.

We book a room with view, but they give a room at the 7 floor ( hotel has 22 or more floors) so for them even the botton floor have view so be carefull do not book with view thay will not give and yuo will pay as well for view! Staff they did not give the room that we book!

We had a very good room and the staff from the reception helped us a lot with organizing trips outside Buenos Aires. Breakfast was a little pour, meaning we had no vegetables. At the end of our trip we were tired of the same things we could chose for breakfast.

The room overlooking the avenue was fantastic. The swimming pool was great and the view from the pool deck was sensational. The staff spoke excellent English ans were very helpful.

La vista, los accesos. No funcionaba el Spa, la pileta tenía agua fría, el hidromasaje estaba deshabilitado. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba fría.

Destaco la lluvia de la ducha, la deco de la habitación, y nivel 23 un lugar privilegiado Se desmanetiza la tarjeta de acceso al cuarto y eso es bajar al lobby e identificarte (me paso dos veces)

Excelente localização , excelente atendimento , otima academia e serviço de relaxamento . O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar , faltaram algumas frutas como morango , mamão (papaya) , banana e os ovos mexidos não estavam com uma aparência convidativa .

La excelente mantencion de un antiguo edificio Tratamos de desayunar 5 mns. antes del cierre de este servicio,pero no lo pudimos hacer ya que inmediatamente empezaron a retirar donde estaba el pan, asi que nos fuimos a una cafeteria .

localização excelente em alguns aspectos o hotel é extremamente rígido quanto a entrada de não hóspedes algumas solicitações de serviços não foram atendidas pelo pessoal da recepção e nenhum retorno me foi dado do porquê

Me encanto todo, la habitacion muy linda y comoda, la piscina y el spa espectacular, con musica relajante y aromas.. La atencion del personal tambien muy buena, y ni hablar de la vista hermosa de Buenos Aires desde la terraza: un lujo. El aire acondicionado demasiado frio en los pasillos. Las cosas del minibar son demasiado caras.

las habitaciones muy confortables y buena ubicación Pude disponer de la habitación recién a las 18:00 horas una verguenza y el desayuno muy poble para el costo del hotel. no vale lo que cobrar deben mejorar los servicios...........quise retirarme más tarde y no me lo permitieron a pesar de la demora de la entrega de la habitación.
