the swimming pool area was great and the room was very comfortable. there were various things that certainly weren't 5 star eg. cleanliness of various parts of the hotel, the food and at times the service. |

The food was not nice at the restaurant. the room was very small and not what i expected for the price. Paying for view mostly. Por Favor but I was dissappointed you charged so much for a very ordinary room!!!! the rooms. expensive. 5 star prices for a 3-4 star hotel. view was excellent. pool great and spa and surrounds. staff not very informative. sorry but dissappointed |

The swimming pool Air con did not work. Restaurant awful. I paid extra for a room with river view and the the only view I had was two palm trees blocking the view. You better off booking a room to the back and then have breakfast every morning in the 5th floor looking at the river view. |

El hotel esta muy bien,el mobiliario de diseño,la piscina espectacular y las vistas de las habitaciones y del desayuno desde a 5ª planta al río y a la piscina fantásticas. Quizas resulta algo caro... |
