The hotel staff were always available and ready for any service requested. Breakfast was good; some changes in the menu could be appreciated by travellers staying for more than two days. Excellent address, walking distance to main avenues, shops and restaurants. Bathrooms need to be modernized/painted, windows changed. Rooms need to have a normal phone instead of an old fax machine with erased numbers. Calls to rooms should be reverted to the hotel operator to take messages when travellers are not in the room. |

De ligging is zeer goed. De badakmer die niet versleten was en nodig aan vervanging toe; bad was zelfs een beetje vies.Men had ons beloofd om ki-offie en thee te server, bij onze éeraly check-out" maar ze hebben dit uiteindelijk niet gedaan. |

localização, limpeza dos ambientes, atendimento na recepção, roupa de cama de qualidade. Trocar o elevador com porta pantográfica por um mais moderno, que não necessite que o próprio hóspede tenha que ele próprio fechar as portas do elevador. |

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, mas o gerente não tem perfil para gerenciar o hotel. Houve um furto em nosso apartamento de $100 pesos argentinos enquanto estavámos ausentes, relatamos o ocorrido imediatamente ao recepcionista e ficamos 3 dias tentando falar com o gerente que estava "fugindo'" e quando conseguimos falar ele simplesmente disse que não podia fazer nada! Pessimo!!! Hotel custa caro pelas instações e café-da manhã, encontra-se outros muitos superiores com preços melhores. |

En general es un hotel bueno y ubicado en una linda zona de Capital. Por ser un antiguo edificio ,reciclado en hotel, los ascensores son chicos e incómodos.No hubo television durante los tres dias que estuve. |
