Bathroom was very nice. Casino is fun. The Grill was very tasty.

My room had a funky smell to it. Not enough to warrant a change, but enough to be unpleasant.

Great Facilities

Overall cleanliness and professionalism of staff was very impressive. The room was excellent - best nights sleep we'd had in a while.

Very disappointed that there was a huge private party going on in the courtyard meaning that half of the hotels facilities were closed off including the main restaurant. This meant we were confined to a tiny space of the hotel to get a drink or some food meaning we ended up going out for the night which is frustrating when you have paid money to use facilities

The location is great, right downtown, but for the value, there are several other gorgeous hotels in the area that are much more affordable. The hotel itself was beautiful though. Loved the dining patio at the front.

Also, even though we were on a non-smoking floor, our room smelled of smoke, and we had to switch rooms. Also, no free internet in rooms. A 5-star hotel should provide internet, and this was the first hotel we stayed in on our honeymoon that didn't provide free internet. Very annoying.

Location

Probably a small housekeeping team. This could justify the required time between checkout and checkin limits (12:00 to 15:00).

Beautiful rooms and location was perfect. So many restaurants to walk to and great shopping.

Position in Mendosa next to the square and a good buffet breakfast as not a lto is open early.

The hotel managed to book a 3 hour tour for us in Spanish even thou we wanted English there was no apology and or refund and they did not accept any resposibility, there are cheaper and better options around.

The location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The building is very charming

Estrutura moderna em um imóvel clássico adaptado. Equipe atenta e organizada. Tempo de resposta as demandas adequado. Boa área de lazer e ótima localização.

Fuimos con mi marido para celebrar nuestro 19 aniversario de matrimonio.la estadia estuvo perfecta muy buen servicio , el personal muy amable. El hotel es amplio la habitaciones muy comodas y la ubicacion perfecta. Mendoz es una ciudad tan linda y facil de recorrer.

Excelente hotel. O pessoal da recepção/concierge (Jéssica)/motoristas (Sérgio e Borja) faz milagres diante das dificuldades pelas quais atravessa a economia argentina. Todos muito solícitos e atenciosos. Voltaremos.

Necessita uma pequena reforma nos quartos, especialmente o piso, mas nada que comprometa a estada.

O box do chuveiro nao tem caimemto adequado e acaba por empoçar bastante agua no banheiro.

Atendimento

O Hotel foi por indicação de amigos que enfatizaram o luxo do hotel. Achei um hotel elegante, entretanto luxo nao percebi. Flores na entrada, os shampoos e cremes de banheiro poderiam ser mais sofisticados. Sabonetes muito ruins, e confesso que até os lencóis nao estavam tão cheirosos e com ar de limpeza. Detalhes? Espero contribuir com a melhoria do serviço e que sempre tenham muitos e muitos hóspedes para se encantar com voces!
