The location is the best thing this hotel has to offer and the staff is quite helpful. The rooms are a bit worn - especially the carpets which would benefit from a good cleaning. The hair dryer in my room did not work and the walls are paper thin. |

Location was great and staff terrific. Our room was on two floors with the bathroom on the lower one and a long staircase--fine for one night but not more. Did not like our room. |

The concierge services were fabulous. All the staff were so gracious and warm. They were most helpful and pleasant. The front desk even walked me to my room in the late hours which I never had before. The staff was most informative. I could not have asked for a better experience. At first I was given a very small room that had nowhere to put my clothes however, the concierge quickly gave me larger room with a lounge chair and ample room to unpack. |

Small boutique hotel with pleasant staff, great location. We had a room facing the street and it was noisy. No double panes on windows. Also, no clock or chess of drawers in the room. |

The hotel is in the perfect location, The lifts are tiny... you can only fit 2 people in them and there's only 2, also the hotel didn't have a wide selection of tours to choose from. It's best to just hop in a taxi and go yourself. |

La cordialidad y buena disposicion del personal del hotel y la ubicacion Las fotos que publican en la web no corresponden con el hotel ya que no ha sido remodelado. El estilo es antiguo y cargado. Deben mejorar las instalaciones, especialmente sanitarias, colchones o somiers. El desayuno es limitado. |

El personal del hotel nos ha parecido de un trato muy agradable, amable y profesional. En cuanto al hotel en si mismo la ubicación es muy buena y resulta muy bien de precio para los europeos. Por otra parte se ve que necesita ir renovando sus instalaciones poco a poco ( los ascensores, por ejemplo). Los ascensores, no me parecian seguros. |
