Park Plaza Unique Hotel (formerly Kempinski)

The location is the best thing this hotel has to offer and the staff is quite helpful.

The rooms are a bit worn - especially the carpets which would benefit from a good cleaning. The hair dryer in my room did not work and the walls are paper thin.

The concierge services were fabulous. All the staff were so gracious and warm. They were most helpful and pleasant. The front desk even walked me to my room in the late hours which I never had before. The staff was most informative. I could not have asked for a better experience.

At first I was given a very small room that had nowhere to put my clothes however, the concierge quickly gave me larger room with a lounge chair and ample room to unpack.

The hotel staf nice and did everything what I asked them to do.

O hotel me pareceu decadente, com móveis estragados e lençóis rasgados. Para completar, houve um curto-circuito e ficamos sem luz por mais de uma hora. Depois disso um dos dois elevadores parou. O frigobar não foi ligado, apesar de eu ter pedido que o abrissem por duas vezes. Fiquei surpresa porque acho que a grife Kempinsky deveria manter maior controle sobre a qualidade de suas instalações.
