Patios de San Telmo    

The design of this hotel is stunning, and it's a very friendly and welcoming place. Staff are fabulous, rooms are comfortable, spacious and homely. We loved it here - it's a little gem, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Room on the street a little bit noisy due to the pub in the same street. If you are going to stay, just ask for a room inside the patio.

breakfast is nice, but lack choices. I stayed there for a week and was tired of eating the same thing everyday. it would be nice if the pool is heated.

Image a Hotel on a high level concerning facilities, quality of furniture a.s.o., but with an Atmosphere of a Hostel, - you meet mostly young guests from all over the world (some are former Backpackers) The building is old, but completely made up and renovated with some amazing details! (A lot of work!) - The breakfast ist amazing (you are in Argentina) - 10$ extra p.p., but worth it! Thanks to the staff! Good value for the Price.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Great ambience with courtyard area and roof top pool.

Tea/coffee service in room would be nice. But it seems this is not common practice in Argentina.

Great staff, brilliant facilities, lovely breakfast, location in San Telmo very convenient for bars and restaurants as well as Sunday market.

went to visit our daughter.and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.very helpfull ,smart and polite.the facilities were excellant.

It was in the San Telmos area and close to the main pedestrian shopping street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good, clean rooms.

We arrived late in the evening and the area looked rough. Seemed much better during the day.

We preferred Palermo. San Telmo is only nice for the market. There aren't enough nice places to have dinner. There was a lot of trash in the area.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. First, the staff: professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Augustina, Nicolas and Gonzalo were amazing at helping us figuring out where to go and what to do! Next, the breakfast: fresh fruit salad and OJ. The coffee is also amazing. Not to mention the 4-5 kinds of breads, cereal, bacon and eggs... Third, the facilities: BRAND NEW. Pool is awesome, on the cozy side. The roof deck and numerous patios were fantastic for enjoying the late summer weather. Lastly: the decor is modern and in good taste. It's also quite clean. We spent 9 nights here, and by night 3 it felt like home. We were very sad to go.

This is a great boutique hotel in a great location in Buenos Aires. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room, although a bit small, was very modern and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious and generous.

The staff was always helpful and very friendly. The pool on the rooftop is superbe. The hotel was renovated recently and has a lot to discover, kind of mixture of colonial style and luxury backpackers hotel.

Everything was perfect!

We were lucky enough to find Patios after our plane delay caused us to miss connecting flights to other areas of Argentina. The photos on the website are 100% accurate and it is a boutique hotel that is light and modern with great interior courtyards where you are invited to sit and spend time. I am not sure if the hotel was full or not, because the open space and layout is so well designed you feel like you are the only one there. Is very close to the Subte c and is in an old but active neighborhood. The rooms are also modern and clean with a comfortable bed.

This property is in an active city so if you are not accustomed to noise from buses or evening walkers, you should ask for a room in the back. We had a front room with large french doors and because we live on a major city street it was no bother to us to even sleep with them open. I can imagine if you are from a suburban area you will want to have a rear room.

second stay, and again a warm welcome. When traveling for business, it is comforting to know, your stay is not a worry, but a pleasure. And that it is at this hotel.

Great location Friendly and helpful staff Nice room

The staff was really accommodating! Nicolas from the front desk was amazing. He told us almost everything about the city and what places not to go (he even marked these places with an "x" sign in the map). I needed an adapter for my phone and they had one for me, we needed a wine bottle opener at night and they provided one right away. Agustina from the front desk was really helpful too! The location is great, it's in a old part of the city, in San Telmo, walking distance to downtown (micro-centro) and the Casa Rosada. The hotel was very secure (they have to buzz you in to let you in the hotel) and it's very clean. They have a lot of tables in the outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy the night with a bottle of malbec. Breakfast was good too. They can make eggs for you and they have the media lunas, toasts, ham/cheese, milk, coffee, tea and fruits. Simple but delicious. Note that the sink is outside the bathroom area.

The only thing I didn't like was the shampoo/conditioner they had in the bathroom. Just get your own, there is a small market a block from the hotel where you can get pretty much everything (from toothpastes, shampoo, water and even wine).

Efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, that is discrete at the same time. Rooms in perfect condition, spacious and clean, just the hairdryer missing, if you need one, that is. Charming boutique hotel, absolutely worth booking in the charming San Telmo barrio.

Breakfast slightly on the basic side, but that seems to be the standard in Argentina. For the rest, nothing to complain or worry about, very nice indeed.

Just perfect! The most helpfull and very well informed Stuff ever!!! Congratilations! Hotel itself beautyfull, easy to get arround: sights in walking distance, close to metro, busses etc...
