Everything was great. It is a very cosy hotel with beautiful architecture. The decoration is regional. Breakfast was excellent too.
The hotel is super cute and cosy yet modern. Excellent attention to detail in the decor. Very quiet in the rooms yet excellent location close to bars and restaurants and the metro. Staff are lovely, wifi is good, heated pool was an unexpected treat. Common areas are many, varied and delightful, inside and out. Fully deserves its excellent rating.
The standard rooms are small, but lovely. This is more of an 'FYI' than a 'didn't like'.
The staff were absolutely fantastic. Hotel room had everything you needed and the rooftop pool was a great bonus!
Friendly, helpful staff, boutique style hotel
Helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast
the hotel was very cute and we really liked the layout. the rooms were great, the bed was very comfortable.
although it was near-ish many of the main touristic sites, we felt that the area outside the hotel was dangerous and got pretty dark at night.
The staff was amazing. They were committed in making my stay the best as possible. Beyond that, the facility is really interesting in terms of decoration/architecture, mixing the antique with modern in a very interesting way. This is a really cool place to stay in Buenos Aires
An excellent boutique hotel. We only had a flying visit but enjoyed every minute. It's location is only two blocks from the Sunday market and the bars and restaurants of San Telmo. It's own cafe / restaurant looked good too. The reception staff were very helpful when we arrived much later than expected at midnight.
Excellent position, very nice patios, I hope to be there again soon!
Very friendly staff, great location, beautiful building, good breakfast. I would stay there again.
Reception staff were extremely helpful Sculptures in the courtyards and interesting art work have character Good location for exploring San telmo Although Room was basic, it was elegant and bed was comfortable - high standard of cleaning Felt very secure as reception only buzzed guests into the building Wish weather had been better to use the pool!
Breakfast could be a little more interesting
Poor breakfast, coffee was to cold, scrabbled eggs where served at 9 O'clock
Great location. Plenty of restaurants, cafes nearby. Rooms lovely - all opening into nice patio area. Excellent, helpful staff. Great market on Sundays nearby.
My camera was stolen around the corner from the hotel at 11am on a quiet street. Not fault of hotel but be careful of your belongings! Keep valuables out of sight!
The location is really exellent!! Perfect located in one of the most interesting barrios of Buenos Aires! They restaured this patios in a perfect way and what about the people that worked in the hotel? You can not wish something else! Well done!
I can add very little to the glowing reviews this boutique hostelry has received. Very comfy, very adequate and tastefully presented breakfast, interesting "artifacts" as decoration. Very helpful staff - do I need to mention Laura again? Swimming pool very adequate and welcome.
Be careful as to which room you book. Most seem to be "cubicles" which are adequate if that's what you're expecting to get. We thought that we had a room with a balcony from the illustration on the booking "form" This proved not to be the case, so we upgraded to room with a balcony overlooking the street - perfect for our Bu As experience!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good with easy walking to attractions and good restaurants were nearby.
Some problem in our room where a little water came up through drain when having a shower
Laura, the woman at the desk during the day, was just wonderful. She helped me and other guests enjoy the area, booked taxis, drew maps. I hope she is appreciated by the owners. They could not have a better employee.
Staff member Laura was very helpful-researched & printed tourist info for me
no wholegrain bread provided for breakfast. Breakfast plates too small.
all of the above Laura and Augustina were fantastic in every respect. helpful, professional and never without a smile. If they tell you a restaurant is fantastic, believe it! It is always one step above their recommendation. Recommended without reservation.
I liked everything
Very nice patio's. The hotel is decorated in a tastful and modern way.
The room was nice, but rather Hardly any possibility to charge phone or tablet.
A terrific room, well laid-out and comfortably furnished, with interesting and quiet courtyard surroundings. A pool, a real rarity in a small hotel in Argentina. Excellent friendly staff, and a good in-house cafe/lunch restaurant. I thoroughly recommend it.
Be sure to ask reception which way to go when you go out in search of dinner! In one direction are the restaurants of San Telmo, the other way is dark and devoid of interest and food...
The staff were are really friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio was beautiful and decor nice.
My room was a bit claustrophobic as there were really no windows that you could open except for a small one that was 1/2 foot by 1/2 foot. Also the toliet ran all the time and kept me awake. I told the staff this and it didn't get fixed in the three days I was there. Also the sheets were a bit scratchy.
This place is very fine---like an oasis in San Telmo. Don't believe the older reviews of unsatisfactory breakfast---it was very good. As to the past reviews of small rooms, we had a standard (vs. economy) size room, and it was quite roomy. There are a variety of places to sit outside (patios), and the rooms and grounds are spotless.
We liked it all---the best place we stayed in Argentina.
Wonderful access on foot to all sorts oif great BA facets such as San Telmo market (Sundays), nature Resrve, Docklands, La Boca. LOvely true BA restuarant just round the corner.
The patio layout, which is very charming and pretty can be abused by late returning groups habçving a party and kkeeping the whole hotle awake. We had this with a boorish Australian group one night. Other wise - fine!
very comfortable, cosy hotel, in a good location for central Buenos Aires, local restaurants etc. Staff were most helpful, and room very good value
