The excellent staff! Seldom seen so extremelly helpfull people! The great location and design of the hotel.

We loved the fantastic views from every window, the incredible hospitality by the hosts and the best breakfast buffet we have had in Argentina. Also very close to the best walks & boat trips.

Friendly, helpful staff. They helped 2 very tired Americans find a restaurant willing to serve them at 7 pm on a Sunday evening and helped us use the local bus for transportation. Room was great. Quiet, nice view, off the beaten path. Beach and lake were calming after long flights.

Absolute zip, de nada, nothing

What a gem of a hotel!! Located 20km from the actual town of Bariloche (don't stay in town very touristy and disappointing) it is set on a gorgeous peninsula overlooking the lake and mountains. The atmosphere is that of a cozy cabin house with a "living room" set up with great view and fireplace and breakfast nook. The included breakfast was the best we had on our entire tour of Argentina with fresh fruits, homemade breads and a variety of spreads, cheeses and meats. The service was probably the best part though, the couple working the front desk helped us figure out the super easy bus system since we didn't rent a car to get around to our hikes and for dinners, which hikes were the best, and the most amazing brewery to have dinner (Blest, we went twice!!). The dinners are also amazing, with their Italian chef we had no idea! Ate here twice as well. Since they don't have a spa on site, they also arranged a spa day at another gorgeous boutique hotel down the way for us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to get the best possible Bariloche experience.

The view from the room was gorgeous. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing! The restaurant food was delicious. The staff spoke very good English and were very friendly and helpful. The whole lodge was very clean. I loved being able to visit their dogs (who are kept away from guests who do not care to visit them).

Wonderful views from the room, very comfortable beds, nice spacious room and bathroom, delicious breakfast. Beautiful scenery, far away from Bariloche enough to feel relaxed and close enough to visit, very close to Cerro Campanario arguably one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Argentina. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. One of the best hotels I've been.

Central heater may make the room temperature a little uncomfortable.

Staff were excellent. Went out of their way to help us. Genuinely very friendly and helpful. Dinner at night was fantastic. Views from room were spectacular. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, 110% worried about giving an excellent time to the pax. All requests solved immediately, and trying to go the extra mile at every corner of the service. Location is exceptional and they now how to make it count. Views are magnificent.

They can improve the live TV service.

El mejor lugar que encontramos en Bariloche. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y confortables, incluido el baño con hidro masaje. Las vistas son una preciosura y el personal amable, atento. El desayuno notable y bien servido, abundante y muy rico. De los 6 hoteles que estuvimos en este viaje a Bariloche y alrededores este es el mas recomendable .

La distancia de Bariloche (20km) es lo único que podría ser un inconveniente, pero como andábamos en auto eso no fue problema para nosotros ademas que varios de los paseos se hacen cerca del hotel.

Ubicacion, vista desde la habitacion hacia el lago, montañas y vegetación. Ubicación con mucha tranquilidad. Excelente la calidez y la atención de Pablo y Samanta.

Falta de restaurante en el hotel (en la época que estuve alojado) falta de canales de televisión en la habitación.

Es un lugar sin dudas para volver. Tiene todo el confort que se necesita para pasar una estancia con la familia. Un lago a los pies de tu dormitorio, un desayuno super casero y abundante con productos regionales, la atención de primera, y las comodidades insuperables. Lo recomiendo en todo sentido.

La atención personalizada, en tanto trato amable y atento, servicial, simpático, resolutivo. El excelente desayuno (rico y variado), en el que se advertía la voluntad y el gusto por atender bien a los huéspedes. La habitación confortable y con una vista maravillosa.

La calidad y calidez humana.Es una construcción en madera típica, que cuenta con una magnífica vista panorámica. Como son solo 10 habitaciones, la circulación de personas no interfiere la paz que su ambiente proporciona. La disposición del personal, es cálida, amable y respetuosa, solucionaron todas las inquietudes que requerimos. Si bién está lejos del centro, la ubicación resulta ideal ya que no es necesario ir al centro mas que una vez, las atracciones turísticas quedan mas a mano

La experiencia fue única y prácticamente inmejorable (o no se me ocurre cómo). Creo que lo mas destacable es la tranquilidad del lugar, el carisma de los anfitriones y la increíble vista al lago que tiene el hotel con las montañas de fondo. El hotel en sí es una joya arquitectónica perfectamente ubicada. Esta ubicado en la península de San Pedro (Brazo Campanario) a 20km del centro y a 500 metros de la avenida Bustillo, desde donde se accede a estos últimos metros por ripio fácilmente transitable. Ah... Casi me olvido... El desayuno roza la perfección! Sin dudas espero volver a disfrutar de su hospedaje.

Recordando otros comentarios probablemente al ser un hotel pequeño la experiencia sea mas "completa" en temporada alta ya que cuentan con la presencia de un cheff casi todos los días (un tano típico "loco lindo") que permiten cenar de manera super agradable las delicias que prepara. Creo que quienes vayan en auto o alquilen uno estando allí disfrutarán mas del viaje si es que quieren salir a pasear, pero si uno se quisiese hospedar allí para no salir a hacer excursiones o paseos por su cuenta no tendría el mas mínimo problema.

Hollands weer, dus koud en nat. Stoelen in het restaurant nogal oncomfortabel. Ligging lastig voor trips en activiteiten.

El personal, muy amable en todo momento y de trato cercano. El desayuno increíble. Excelente relación precio calidad.

El lugar donde se encuentra el Hotel es paradisíaco. Bellísimas vistas del Nahuel Huapi. Muy linda la pequeña playita con bajada directa y unas reposeras muy confortables. Muy buenos productos en el desayuno y las cenas del restaurante. Muy buena predisposición del personal.

Una habitación con una vista espectacular al lago empañada por una ventana con los vidrios no muy limpios. Nos tocaron días calurosos (tal vez no sea lo más habitual) y la verdad no era cómodo estar en una habitación con poca ventilación natural y sin ventilador.

La ubicación frente al lago y el diseño de sus grandes ventanales que permitía admirar ese paisaje ya sea desde la habitación o el living y restaurante. Un gran desayuno y sobre todo la atención de sus encargados Pablo y señora como así también de todo el personal que hicieron nuestra estadía realmente inolvidable. Tiene la ventaja de estar lejos del centro pero es conveniente contar con vehículo.

Situation géographique remarquable. Service attentionné. Qualité de la cuisine. Hôtel très confortable.
