Play Hostel Buenos Aires

The location.

Horrible place! People smoked in the room, and the staff wouldn’t react, even after I complained. I had to leave the door open all night as the smell in the room was unbearable. Extremely noisy as teens/students where drinking and shouting in the area next to the rooms until 1h in the morning. People kept coming in and out all night in the room, lights on at any time and speaking aloud. The staff are obviously overwhelmed by their youngest customers in spite of the so-called “respect to others rules” that have been pinned on every wall. Limited number of showers: I had to wait 30mn just to use the toilets. Terrible hygiene and huge mess in the bathroom where big cans of detergents and packs of toilet paper are stocked under the sinks. Upon arrival I was told that I had just one night booked although I had booked for 2 nights from the website. I agreed for 1 night as I didn’t like the place anyway but the next morning they said I had to pay for 2 nights, even though I was not staying the 2d night! In the meantime, I had booked in another place for the 2d night... Because of their mistake, I had to pay for the double booking! Shameful...

Très bel accueil et l'ambiance y étaient excellente

Excelente ubicación. Muy económico. Las instalaciones y el confort son muy buenos. Muy buena calefacción en invierno. Desayunos sustanciosos. Buena limpieza. El personal del hotel es fantástico (muy buena disposición)! Tv, Wi Fi. Espacios abiertos. 100% recomendable.

A localização é muito boa, perto da rua Gurruchaga, que é cheia de lojas lindas, e a 4 quadras da Avenida Santa Fe, onde tem metrô e ônibus. Também existem bares, clubes noturnos e restaurantes por perto.

Só existem 3 banheiros para todos os quartos compartilhados, sendo que são todos mistos. Ou seja, quer tomar banho? Talvez tenha que esperar um pouco. Não peça o transfer do aeroporto para lá, pegue o ônibus do Manuel Tienda León. é muito mais confiável, e mais barato. Havíamos pedido pelo transfer, mas quando chegamos eles não estava lá. E queriam cobrar a gente mesmo assim.

O café não foi servido de manhã. Informaram que entre 08:00 e 08:15 é servido..fiquei até 08:30 e não foi servido mesmo depois de solicitado passaram 5 minutos e como não foi servido o meu "taxi" chegou. Outro ponto é que solicitei um Taxi (Paguei pelo taxímetro do Hostel Play até o aeroporto Aeroparque 45 pesos argentinos na semana anterior.) Chamaram um transfer que é um carro sem taxímetro que me cobrou 90 pesos argentinos pelo mesmo trajeto. O taxi é mais barato e mais rápido. Www.parisradiotaxi.com.ar 4308-0001 - 4308-4777. o transfer solicitado pelo hostel é o dobro do preço. O taxi foi chamado pelo hostel porque o transfer ia atrasar...

Very helpful staff. Good location close to Plaza Armenia and Subte.

I had the first room that backed onto the office (it actually had a door to the back of the office) and onto the main courtyard. Little privacy possible. Incredibly hot and ceiling fan did little. The only window/glass door opened onto the main courtyard so if you had it open you would have no privacy or sleep. Quite expensive for a private room.

Custo benefício. Relativamente próximo do Aeroparque.

J'ai aimé l'ambiance, la chaleur humaine qui existe dans ce petit hostel! Le temps y passe très vite malheureusement.

L'aire frais est passé sous les portes. Sur le site était marqué,pour 6 nuits, une offerte...je n'en n'ai pas vu la couleur!!!
