Nothing! It was a highlight of our trip and made our three week stay in Argentina wonderful. We cried when we left, but we don't want too many people going there so we can go back.

Each room was designed differently and had all the needs for an apartment. Staff were not just friendly, but went out of their way to assist the guests. Location - heart of Recolletta and very safe.

the staff are exceptional, help planning side trips and tours, knowledgeable and very friendly and welcoming; speak several languages; had the feeling of really living in Buenos Aires; the apartment is well appointed, the kitchen is really a full kitchen with stove and oven and full fridge and eating space; also there are great little cafes in walking distance as well as grocery store, several green grocers and lots of bakeries

the city is very dusty and the apartment could have been cleaned more throughly, especially the sheer curtains at the top (given the high ceilings this is a challenge)

Unique design, antique yet comfortable furniture. Friendly and helpful staff, good location. Great breakfast place 2 minutes away, supermarket 5 minutes away and high quality kitchen.

Everything was fantastic! The apartment was perfect, we cooked everyday, had our favourite channels, bed was the best bed ive slept in! Was cozy and we felt at home here.

Pool was smaller than we thought, but was enough to have a tip and cool off.

Each of the staff members were very polite and accommodating. The service and large rooms were perfect! This was a very nice place to stay. It was quiet and peaceful with a fully equipped kitchen that included a living area. Everything was excellent and some of the fine touches like the preloaded music, set to play, were a wonderful surprise. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. The location was ideal and there were many fine restaurants, shopping and historical sites within walking distance. The rooftop pool was a pleasant surprise and quite nice to lounge.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Poetry Building Recoleta! The accommodations were spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated with modern decor. The location is great, and the staff very pleasant. All things considered, I thought the price was very moderate. We would stay again.

Poetry Building is in a great location, within walking distance of key areas around central Buenos Aires. The decor is fantastic and I like the idea of preserving older buildings in this way. I liked the security and privacy of the building and the availability of staff if and when needed. Great information provided for guests on all services and venues in and around Poetry Building.

The apartment we had would be great for a couple, however the sleeping arrangements were not so good for me and my adult daughter - one of us had to sleep on a not very comfortable sofa bed! There needs to be better insulation/sound proofing throughout the building so that we do not have to listen to the intimate functions and activities of other guests!

Simply wonderful. Beautiful small hotel with a very nice room. But the best was the service. The staff was very helpful (and spoke English)

excellent central location in Recoleta , charming and helpful staff from an apartment is unseen for me . room was quiet and furnished with basic essential such as coffee sugar kitchen amenities that you don't usually find in a short term rental

Estuve hospedado en el Loft 2B y en el Loft 1B por dos noches en cada uno. Excelente desde donde lo mires, las imágenes que figuran en Booking demuestran 100% lo que es el edificio y sus departamentos. Es tal cual como se ve, incluso, mejor. Hay una pequeña diferencia de precio entre ambos loft, siendo el del 1B un poco mas economico. La diferencia en precio es minima pero en cuanto a equipamiento y diseño, el 2B es mucho mejor. Si son solo dos personas no hay problema, pero si piensan ir entre 4, lo mejor es el 2B siendo que hay privacidad entre el cuarto y la otra cama. En el 1B no hay privacidad así que solo en caso de ser familiares lo recomendaría, para dos parejas de amigos no. Insisto, excelente desde donde se lo mire. La terraza donde esta la pequeña piscina es preciosa!

Ce building a une vraie âme, chaque appartement est décoré de meubles et d'objets différents, on s'y sent un peu comme chez soi. L'absence de petit déjeuner n'est absolument pas un problème car la cuisine est équipée, le café et thé vous attendent à l'arrivée. Une excellente boulangerie est toute proche dans la rue Junin, idéale également pour les sandwichs pain de mie et les empanadas pour un repas "à la maison". Un téléphone mobile argentin est mis à disposition, il suffit de le recharger de quelques pesos. Recoleta est un quartier très agréable, des bus sont tout proches, le Subte "Faculté de Medecine" est à quelques quadras. Très jolie terrasse au 4e étage avec piscine, également pratique pour les fumeurs (le building est non-fumeur). Une bouteille de vin argentin vous attend à l'arrivée dans votre studio ainsi qu'un document explicatif très bien fait avec de nombreuses bonnes adresses pour les visites de Buenos Aires et les restaurants. A ne pas manquer ! Merci à toute l'équipe du Poetry pour notre séjour.

A localizacao eh excelente o Apartamento oferece cozinha e sala de estar, foi o primeiro hotel que ofereceu um guia de bons locais para cafe almoco e janta em Buenos Aires

O Hospede tem que arrumar a Cama e limpar o AP se necessario, para uns 3 dias nao se faz necessario mas se for mais tempo tera esse incomodo

Hotel muito simpático com um projeto de arquitetura de interiores muito bem pensada e implementada, com móveis novos, limpos e bonitos. Quanto ao atendimento, os funcionários são simpáticos, atenciosos e cuidadosos Quanto ao quarto, muito boas acomodações (incluindo o colchão), com uma cozinha à disposição (eu nem sabia que havia essa facilidade) e muito limpo.

Tenho um sono muito muito leve e sou extremamente sensível a barulhos. Eu ouvi barulho (ruido bem baixo) vindo do quarto acima quando as pessoas por lá caminhavam. No entanto quero salientar que sou extremamente sensível a barulho e tenho esse mesmo problema em qualquer hotel em que eu me hospede. Portanto não é um problema do Poetry mas gostaria de deixar registrado.
