Score from 166 reviews Very good
Views of the Patagonian scenery can be enjoyed right in Los Glaciares National Park. Lunajuim offers a charming common living room with a fireplace and views of the Fitz Roy mountain and Torre hill.
Score from 90 reviews Excellent

Score from 40 reviews Wonderful
The staff were very attentive and helpful.
Very poor toiletries, no hairdryer, the curtains did not prevent sunlight, poor wifi reception in the room and other parts of the hotel.
Very nice dining area and menu. Quaint bar.
Very slow internet.
Cozy, warm and very confortable bed, Good location for start of walking trails.
Breakfast was just OK. No hairdryer or fridge in room
Close to the hiking trails. Nice and bright lobby.
Rooms and beds were not made/cleaned. Breakfast was of poor quality, less choice and no one take care of used dishs/tables. With a good manager this place could be nice.
the room, the workers
wifi worked only in the lobby, a little too expensive.
in el Chaltén evrything fells a little "selfmade". When you take this as "standard", the hotel was even better as the rating. Putstanding how supportive and friendly the staff hss been.
Great hotel, excellent and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
On Main street. Big bright Lobby. Nicely decorated rooms. Good breakfast.
We liked professional and very friendly staff at the reception desk. We liked big room and enough speace in bathroom. We enjoyed in comfortable bed after whole day hiking. We did two gorgeous hiking trails - Sendero "Laguna de los Tres" and "Laguna Torre".
staff extremely friendly, bed is a dream....good location and breakfast (maybe missing a bit of fruits). Wi-fi in bedrooms not working (but hard to complain about that...). Wi-fi in lobby works fine. Staff extremely helpful and friendly! Would go back. The only thing i would mention is the rez de chausse is noisy at night...hard to sleep before midnight....
Everyone at the property was so friendly and helpful, especially with speedy check ins / check outs. They also were more than happy to store my things before a big hike.
The wifi went in and out a lot, but that's typical of El Chalten.
-The room - very nice comfy bed, good bathroom (shower) and toilet -Service, very nice and helpfull -Breakfast - decent. No eggs, but had bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal, some cakes, coffee tee and juice.
-The view from 2 rooms we've stayed was meh :( -Understaffed -Wifi does not really work -A bit expensive
Great location, great tips from the people at the front desk, large and comfortable room
Terrible wifi in El Chalten due to its remote location, not a problem of the hotel
Loved the night staff; SUPER helpful, friendly and welcoming.
Didn't like the breakfast staff or consistency. Also, the morning staff acted as though they would rather not be bothered by guests.
Staff Style Bed
Breakfast was ordinary
Very comfortable room and helpful staff. The little treat left in our room every night was a highlight!
Strange lack of duvet covers meant that duvets had stains and marks - if there had been covers I would have scored the overall cleanliness as excellent but this let the score down.
- friendly and helpful staff - room (big, clean) - locker in room - wifi wasn't working well because of a storm, but seriously why would you need wifi when you are in Chalten, go out and have some fun!:) - 'supermarket' is in next building
We reserved 3 nights at Hotel Poincenot but found it closed for renovations when we arrived. The sign on the door told us to go to Hotel Destino Sur where they honored our reservation
An upgrade and free bottle of wine for our honeymoon!
- Staff were friendly and very helpful - Location is close to the hiking tracks - Room is comfortable, albeit not too spacious
Loved the location and the rooms.
Wi-fi is poor, but it is poor everywhere in El Chalten, so you can't get around that.
Clean rooms, helpful staff at the front desk, nice location close to the trekking trails.
There's not a lot of atmosphere at the place. The lobby feels kind of empty, but the rooms are fine.
The hotel is placed at the main street (Av San Martin) very close to the trekking start (200-300 meters). Rooms are pretty big and clean. The hall / lobby is very big with a high celling.
Comfortable room, quite, helpful and kind staff
Windows didn't open and it was very stuffy at times, a bit expensive for the quality
